Germany is a major economy in EU so German economic news matter

next comes ECB rate decision and monetary policy
same goes with FOMC

look for policy shift decisions from major news events

It's not that I can't show that it's useful but rather that I am not going to take a troll's bait. I have spent a great deal of time and money learning this stuff. There is no reason why others shouldn't do the same.

I have no obligation to teach people what I know about trading, nor am I obligated to prove anything here.

I recommended a good book on the subject written by Anna Coulling. If anyone really wants to know how to use volume correctly in the Forex market, then he or she will be willing to do the research and spend the money to learn how from those who are using it successfully.

I will not waste my time trying to teach someone who has been verbally abusive towards me. Such people don't deserve a handout.

If anyone wants to think less of me or assume I don't know what I am talking about or can't prove what I know because I don't show and tell, then I really don't care.

It's very simple. You have no idea how to trade. You can't show chart examples because you know it does not work with trading the volume. No such a thing in forex.

EURUSD has yet to show signs of buying, today the trend is still bearish, but I am more neutral from other days when volume was bigger both in futures market and forex.

Forex trading is decentralized, OTC trading. There is no single place to look at to see the actual volume of a currency pair. That's why it's often said that the volume provided by your broker is useless. Institutional Forex trading volume, the volume that matters and moves the markets.

The Forex market is a decentralized market, which means that there is no formula for volume or method of keeping track of the number of contract and contract sizes, such as in the stock market. The Forex market measures volume by counting the tick movements.

See how the price range tightened in the past year compared to the past 10 years? Fundamentally the Euro is supposedly 20% undervalued, which makes sense because technically EUR/USD is around 20% below normal range.

To anyone who may have been taught volume is useless in the Forex market, please understand that while it is true that real volume is not provided by brokers in the Forex market, tick volume is present.

Having said that, studies have shown that tick volume is not that far off from real volume that it should be a concern to traders. In other words, tick volume, though imperfect, is useful for technical analysis in the Forex market.

We are nearing the end of last week’s cycle, true.
Market is dragging it’s feet trying to finish it up.
I still have a short on from yesterday, but will probably move stops to BE +1 now I have collected some positive swap on it.

Expecting turbulence around the 0800 mark, or even before that.

This is the area where the uninformed go from being bullish to bearish due to suffering loss after loss. The market makers are masters of deception and will likely turn the tables on the bears sometime in the near future. They are far more patient than the average retail trader. They can afford to be.

It is around 20% below its' average range past 20 years and thus is under-valued - by around 20%.

The past 2-month chart is full of signs of buying...
The price going down doesn't mean no-one is buying.
