nothing major to expect from Powell, he just repeats what he already said yesterday, he might get different questions afterwards but he already answered 3 hours of questions yesterday too

one thing i told myself was that i wont enter a trade and go out the next second just bscause i feel im loosing out... and im lucky with this rule becuse im winning on my short on gold, pray it continues this way

GU range today is 45pips.. how about another 55pips downward..

You keep selling at middle price will just stress you out,
why dnt rest one day, dnt keep counting how much you lose today and want make it back and win some from today, will make you stress when price dancing and retest upside or downside, if you enter at top or bot , that is fine as long as SL in place, you keep enter middle price with tight stop is east get hit or wider stop loss will stress you when it move up or down,
stop this kind of entry, if miss or get stop out get emotional, just take a rest and watch furst,
I get stop out 2 times today but my entry still daily high there , 1st try 2965 stop 2980, second try I am late enter cause i am busy my job at 2973 stop 2990 and hitvagain, I stop and wait near NY time then try again at 2986 and 2984 ,2983,2977 and all stop 3005. But Now I already closed 2 low position to cover half from my early loss.

Thanks for your advise and guide.. I think its time for me to stop trading.. i just burned all money i have and stress myself.. i become irrational and mentally sick.. now gu is going back to upside, and like always, go against me.. im tired..
