August and tupat, since ive been just like you. Hell, i still am. But over the weekend i read this thread, theres a file in the attachements, i read that. And i promised myself id control my itchy hand and wait. So far im green for this week. Hope to keep going that way. Just using akims strategy. Closed out on all positions early though. So, we are on the same stage. Hope it makes a difference.

Yes i'm so stupid.. i chase the false breakout.. always buy high, sell low.. i should follow your advise but my itchy hand cant control.. now i have sell order at lowest price.. dont know what happening.. so stressful

leong is right, dont chase price.. this is what you can do instead.. if you missed a train, look back and see where you could have entered, what signals are there? take a look at all different tF to see why is that a potential entry (but you missed it), what did you overlook? dont jump into a train just because it took off without you.. you will be at disadvantage.. i once look at trains passed by for three days straight (i missed them all), but as time passes i am getting slightly better now.. set some rules for yourself.. personally for me if i missed a train, i will just wait for the next one.. no point chasing making myself suffer..
