Now my equity is reduced from 12k to 10 k, (2 k loss lost week)
So 1 std lot /1000
But in life I traded only 1 time and shaking my heart

study more sir and if ever you experience to loose take time to realize what is your mistakes in your last trade why u loose and pick some good strategy and avoid those mistake.. its a learning process..

i"ve been there too and lost 10k usd thats why i learned my lesson although sometimes we cannot avoid mistake but what matters most we always have to play safe not to get burn our account so we can still have a chance to recover just like a kid part of growing up..

I, personaly, find super fascinating that the pattern actualy worked pretty well and fast also, maybe cuz of news aswell but still.. And its even more sureal cuz I'd like to GOLD to go bull just a little more and now i feel like it is gonna go down and id dint catch neither this last bull move nor am i gonna catch the bear now cuz its too late for that rn. Sad, but hopeful at the same time cuz im learning from the best
