i closed my gold at 1569.5, and scalp open at 1573 closed at 1571 bfr i sleep. No order running, overall still in profit woth $35 in this week.

Hi Akim and others...trying to set up my BB according to page 1. Even though I’ve been FXing for almost 4 years, I don’t know much about technicals...mainly the basics such as highs, lows, trends, previous levels, pins etc. I want to become a winner rather than just a player .

Is the MA you refer to part of the BB? Or are they separate again? If part of BB, what is the “timer” you refer to?

In the picture of my platform, I have two words: “shift” and “standard deviation”. Is “shift” the same as timer, and if so I just change that to 5, correct?

your indicator looks different, is it from mt4/5 or any other trading platform? MA is a different indi and BB is different.

Hi Akim,

in your fist post, you mentioned that ma5 always may not cross of bb top line but set up still valid, could you explain how? (i saw you posted charts where you bought or sold when ma5 only crossed middle bb line) also you mentioned that buy or sell at the nearest resistance/support level, what are exact those levels are? manually drwan, pivot point?

it would be much much appreciated if you post a perfect setup picture here.

Not Mt4. C-trader mobile. OK so the BB is one setting with its three lines. Then you add two more WMA’s based on open (bottom) and close (top) set at 5 (period or time) correct?

no idea about c-Trader. Yes BB is one setting and you need to add 2 MAs with described as on page 1 by this thread owner.

MA 5 high.. (for sell)
timer : 5
Linear Weighted
apply : high

setting MA 5 low (for buy)
timer : 5
Linear Weighted
apply : Low

OK got ya...wasn’t sure if the MA’s were the upper and lower lines of the BB or not. For some reason the MA’s aren’t appearing when I apply them...will post pic later...gotta go out...thanks a lot

OK here’s my setup pic on my C-trader platform. Can you tell me if it looks like it should (apart from the heavy blue lines)....I can always lighten them.

The only thing I can see that’s different in setup is that I have only WMA, not LWMA...are they the same or ?
