for the rest of the story do count the candles yourselves

in H1 Candle close outside the bb means CSM BUY ...
you can wait for retest mid lwma and op BUY ... close at lwma high
or you are waiting for a candle that tries UP but cannot close outside of the Upper BB anymore and close within the range (MLV)... go SELL close at lwma low or mid BB
