I can't improve myself
I earned 959$ Monday to Thursday with 19/20 pips
While lost 2460 on Friday

struggling there myself. I see one aim that one has to set some monetary goals, when enough is enough so to say. The trades you lost on Friday's, were they open since early in the week or opened on Friday?

you is over trading there
and too many pairs you play with
don’t know how many times i have post before
why not just keep focusing 1-2 pairs till you mastered them..this what they call over confident,keep adding every pairs when saw some opportunity but reality is you still blind about their behave..
just for a cup of coffee...

i took gold as easy example..
1550 is touch once early this week then not reach there anymore..
at NY session we also can saw long wick close for bull,so why shoulds short around 1562/65?
that why i told you still blind about them..
up wave came from m30 setup then a bear cs appear at 1560 but not watch how h1 close there before adding more trades!?
if we always focus at what pairs we trades..
we will notice what or how market want to play
1557/58 keep reject at london..
so when price reverse upside not a shock play by market
if i not told so some of us not notice its..
always stay alerts with price..

Today I decided to write down the SOP of trading
& will follow my rules.
Still I hv 10 k equity
I decided to take rest next week and Slect the pair for trading
NormLy I like
Cl
EURUSD
Usdjpy
Usdcad
As these all are slow.
In my history I lost my most money in gold and GBPUSD
Always loss.
Maybe there is in my mind to take revenge from gold and GBPUSD
So I'm thinking not to trand both

its ok mate any pairs you want to play with..
but learn about their behave first..
0.10/15 lots each but lots of them you placing there or here..same if you just placing trades with only one position with 1.00/2.00 lots there..
some of us don’t understand when i said play 0.10 lot max
but they put 0.10lots there and here..
total over 1.00/2.00 lots..
so over trades or over confident there..

stop the habits that keep adding a position while early position in floating bad..
one of reason is don’t play stop loss but that your trading style..i can’t said much about that..
but stop adding when already have loss position running..
don’t just thinks price can reverse..
how about thinks if price keep go against us..?

open another new account then transfer $1k from your $10k equity..
after settle all that tell me..
i’ll guide you that $1k and compare with that $9k account you trades with your style for 1 weeks..
who want to follow so can follow here..
i’ll posting them next weeks..

today and tomorrow get up at early morning
couple hour before morning prayer..
do some prayer(you know what i mean there)..
if can do everyday that perfect..
