How unfortunate i never used sl always margin call was my stop loss but for the first in my whole forex career... all my long got sl hit .... n boom 600 pips after that

Hedging is tricky thou and you can get yourself in a whole lot of trouble if not done right but if you get good at it then SLs become redundant. Takes practice so need to hedge small positions to get the hang of it.
You probably do this anyway but one of the fast ways to grow an account is pyramiding..

Hi Akim and all traders , First of all, i want to thank you about your sharing ideas about your strategy, control risks, very discipline and good mindset in trading i follow you around 3-4months and learn a lot from you, i'm not postng bcoz my english language is suck so i read instead (sorry for my bad eng) I'm still not profitable yet and still lose money but i want to improve my trading skills. My weakness is FEAR (fear of losing don't have courage enough maybe bcoz i don't wanna lose it more) and have very bad discipline like can't control my...
- When or even before you enter a trade, set a SL
- Trade with very small lot. If you lose you dont lose a lot, so it removes the fear. I traded with minimum (0.01) for a while. FOCUS ON PIPS NOT MONEY. Money is not so important (if you get green pips then the money will come), if you start having more green days and be more consistent then you can increase your lot size.
- When I entered a trade, I entered with 2 orders at the same time. 1st order I close after a few pips (depends on the situation but majority is around 15-20pips), 2nd order I put stop BE and let it run to try to catch more pips.
So for your example where your entry is good and your exit not so good, for me it means you have a clear head when you take the decision of entering a trade but then your emotions come in to affect your exit.
What i would do is before you enter think about your SL and TP, enter a trade with 2 orders, set SL for both, TP for order 1, and when TP is hit set order 2 SL to BE. In that way you are at least securing your pips from order 1, and have a chance to catch more with order 2. Worse case scenario order 2 reverse and hit your SL at BE, you dont lose anything and still get green pips from order 1.
AND dont change your TP and SL once you're in
Trust me I did it, no good Maybe with more experience later I will do it, but not now because my emotion still come to play with my head 
I am just a beginner, very very far from most trader here, but what im saying has helped me so I hope it will help you.

Take a look at gold in 15 min tf, there could be a chance to short it. However, since h4 is so bullish, put a tight sl plus,if you get 15-20 pips, out of the trade
