I got stopped out on gold, had a sell order at 1477... stop was at 1485... stopped me out then dumped
Short on the DOW now though, entered at 28093.50

strategy:: over leverage, entry based on hourly candle .... quick in quick out...

lets c 50k or 0.... just for fun....

ps: already made 30k(equivalent to 3 months of salary) with dj trade so trying to save profits... i am motherf@@@king too much greedy....

Hi Akim and all traders ,
First of all, i want to thank you about your sharing ideas about your strategy, control risks, very discipline and good mindset in trading
i follow you around 3-4months and learn a lot from you, i'm not postng bcoz my english language is suck so i read instead
(sorry for my bad eng)

I'm still not profitable yet and still lose money but i want to improve my trading skills.
My weakness is FEAR (fear of losing don't have courage enough maybe bcoz i don't wanna lose it more) and have very bad discipline like can't control my emotion (i play like shit when my emotion triggered)

Here is my question:: How do you deal with frustrated emotion? for example you have really good entry (like you let your profit run) but your perfect entry end up become Break even or turn to loss or big loss how do you handle it or you used to it bcoz it's a part of your plan??
and how to hold positions longer like Gold Today when gold crackdown, i panicked and close it immediately i'm not let profit run to bigger bcoz i fear my profit turn to lose or less money so i think that's why i'm poor trader

Hi Akim,
english is not my mother language and some siglas are not well known by me, at your first post, at this sentence:
"after MA 5 high going outside BB so we need to wait 1st bear cs to forming then we need a bull cs to test again at highest level before price to start reverse."

CS, stands for what? Close?

We all suffer from fear, and hesitation, follow the rules, your rules, stick with them, dont let the emotions control you, stick to the plan not to what you feel.
plus if you’re afraid of losing money wich we all share the same, try to use low leverage, you wont have bad emotions if you lost small amout of money, and if it works and your in profit, then use these profits for high leverage, in this case also losing profits is always better then losing your main capital, those are my ideas and this is the way i can defeat fear, trade safe.

Hi Plugking,

First of all, don't say you are a poor trader. Don't say bad things to yourself. That is not good for trading and neither to every other aspect of your life. Treat yourself kindly and accept that you will make mistakes.

I still have a lot to learn but I can tell from my experience about frustrated emotion. It takes time to learn to deal with that but the more you practice the better you will do it. You have to accept what market has to offer in every moment. Sometimes it will be a long run with big profits, sometimes it will be breakeven and sometimes it will be losses. You are the same good person if win or if loose.

I have had periods of big frustration. I dealed with it setting a smaller takeprofit. Set your take profit and get the profit. Learn to take profits with you even if they are small ones. And after practicing this, become to set bigger take profits and again, sometimes you'll be at breakeven or lossing. None of those situations are bad, you just have to accept what market have to offer in every particular moment. You don't have to prove to be right always.

It takes time but you can make it! Sorry, english is not my mother languaje either. Regards.
