also lately some of us not scare to NFP anymore
not like before..
nice courage
don’t run but facing it..
only need a little improve about placing stop loss while play during news/data..

It's all about trading experience, I see myself doing much better 5-10 minutes after it was released. That means that I'd rather not spend the time on my laptop when the data is released but come back 5 minutes later.

most times like gold i am all ready in trades mate , and for new traders should wait its a safer option than losing money

And for ADP and NFP , i actually think NFP will be green at Wednesday when adp result is bad, cause i think market want trap trader by that adp result, I rmb i did one thing is really bad bfr when i see adp is super green, and when nfp that day, i over trade to buy usd , and you know what is happened next, nfp is super bad, so I wouldn’t take adp is a sign of nfp, i try to find akim set up bfr news, actually that bfr NFP it still worry me, dxy small tf show bear set up but bull holding that level, but gold show bear set up too, But i decide to stick with that gold set up, i keep telling myself , if i always skip big news, I can’t nvr catch big move but it ate my stop and affect me to make a decision at that moment again need to control and fix my emotion again.
sometime my view is right, but i always not confident to stick to myself , and when i am right and miss the timing, i try to catch the move again at wrong entry and timing, end up i give money to market,
I will try again to control myself not to make those mistake again, and i may rest from trading and watch the market first, i will see you guys again goodluck guys ️

Sorry guys i posted such long comment, just want to release some stress and here is the only place i can share my stress

no one is born to be perfect..
but we can made it be perfect by keep learning and improve from our mistake..

keep play with tiny lots
don’t up our lots till we can maintain our winning trades
control the devil inside us that made us feel over confident after we catch a big move once..
that kind of feeling nobody can help accept ourself..
when loss and again loss..every kind of bad feeling will keep haunted inside us..
if we can’t fight that so we will keep be a loser..
that why for newbies i prefer just play with small account at first stage..
if not we will follow our bad emotion and keep add or trading with bad thinking that can cover back the loss before but the reality is we keep throw away our money to the market till margin call..
learn to facing all kind of pressure and condition at trading
that how we will get our experience..

also for newbies...
how about just trading 1-2 pairs only...
choose which pairs you want so stick to those pairs till you mastered them..
don’t jump there or here..
at last no benefits at all
can’t learn anythings
market will slaughtered us with no trace at all

Sometime trading at all kind of pairs is good but after that it make us loosing our concentration...to catch chance.
Maybe i could be wrong everybody has already done the same.......
Better 1 or 2 pair we choose to trade...it will makes us be more patient n becareful.....for have much time to watch it n of course it makes us also more focust.
