EUR/USD's 1St Close Above Daily Cloud Since July: Very Bullish

 

1. EUR/USD's recovery from the 2019 1.0879 low accelerated on Thursday
2. It finished up 53 pips, according to prices on the EBS
3. Bulls managed to register a daily close above cloud top now at 1.1111
4. That was the first daily close back above the daily cloud since mid July
5. These are very bullish developments: the 200-DMA at 1.1210 now unmasked

close > daily cloud is bullish, however resistance near 1200 is the real deal.
I expect price to test 1200/1220 and then roll back all the way down to the cloud lower boundary.

bulls got until H4 close to take out 1150, otherwise price might roll back down (1100) into EOD today.
If there's no buying into NY open >1150, means profit taking will set in into weekend.

buy stops (above HOD) removed. Into H4 close might scale in sell stops.
Not looking good for bulls (30 mins to go).

no doubt in strong bull but waiting breaks 1.1134 tl / limit for 1109 , , bo 10594 limit test. take care

if EURUSD pumps 100 points from here? A staggering 175 mln USD!

short sellers have 125 000 lots short in GBPUSD. Every 100 point move NORTH will wipe out 125 mln USD of equity.
EURUSD short sellers got 175 000 + lots short. Every 100 point move NORTH will wipe out 175 mln USD.
All in all a 100 point move NORTH in EU/GU will wipe out a combined 300+ mln USD.
And this could happen overnight and x2-x4 as well.
No wonder banks love this game!
