I see the exhausting of uptrend on #USDJPY market and here is why:

1> the decreasing of the bullish progress
2> EVRT. The tiny range on up-bar with volume above average. This is a hidden supply.
3> No demand
4> SLKT (Trap for bulls) Note price did not reach top line of the up-trend channel.

Some support should arrive from center line. But nevertheless, In described conditions, I expect the breaking down the center channel with reaching the bottom line.

Looks like this week is a bust for bears.

Quite possible, might be heading towards a triple top at the PRZ of the cypher and the support held.

I am actually referring to the USDJPY. The manner in which it is maneuvering. Testing patience. Teasing to the downside then boom.

Historically, this is our possible future. This is the yen which has been leading the UJ pair.

If it translates as it has we should bounce off the 109.15 area, then back here before more bouncing around this area (108.5), and THEN to 109.3 before finally dropping. Sellers will have their accounts and resolve tested as many have been in for a while now.

Harmonic indicator says bullish butterfly. Let's see if this time we get our last push.

Looks exactly like what your red curvy line depicts - previous resistance now turncoat support.

I still expect H4 to do 3 standard deviations above VAP before thinking about the sell side.

Us new traders should wait for it to clear 108.8 which is about the middle of this cluster for confirmation.

Buy stop in USD/JPY | Oct 18, 2019

Almost all major currencies like EUR, AUD, CAD etc. gained significantly against USD yesterday but JPY gained just a little, which keeps bullish scenario intact on USD/JPY. Break above 108.70 will lead it to next level that is FIB61.8 shown in graph of daily time-frame below:

The idea of buy stop is supported by morning doji star formed on H1 time-frame that is shown by ellipse. I kept SL 5.0 pips below low of the morning star shown at H1 and TP 2.0 pips below FIB 61.8 shown at D1.

China GDP data coming up today, could cause USD/JPY to move but I think AUD will move the most
