The charts, together with the cycles indicators make the price action look simple 
Notice that the timeframe used is 2 hours, 15 min and even 1 min.
1. Can we use 4 hours, Daily and above for the timeframe? Does it work for all timeframe?
There are various forex currency pairs and index (GBPNZD, EURUSD, DAX) given in the examples.
2. Which forex currency pairs and index work best? How about gold / silver / crude oil?
3. And which is the best time to trade (e.g. London Open 3am EST)?
4. Any weakness / drawback in this style of trading ?

Do your homework , read the entire thread and the PDF's posted
1. Above methodology works for all TimeFrames . You just need enough Data points to calculate the Centered Moving Averages
2 . No idea which is the best forex pair. Why I use DAX and DOW is explained in te thread
3. No idea which is the best Time to trade. Based in Paris I trade during Paris Time
4 - Build your own examples and test yourself . It is the best way to learn the methodology and see its structural limits
