That's because my M5 boxes if you measure the sizes it's equal to the size of M30/H1 bars. So actually I'm trading M30/H1. See the right side of my screen. There's higher time frame bars there so I also verify with higher time frame if my trade is correct and also with volume. My H4 signal is similar to trading the daily chart seems working really well and we are on the way to 1485. Bearish H&S forming at the daily if that breaks might go lower.... I switch to M1 if there is a spike in price usually you will see the reversal happen there right away and also if it's a ranging day I trade M1.

gd all, i think akim method very good, almost perfect infact. you just need to add your own chart mark up(horizontal s/r, trend channels) to know where to look for perfect setup and trade m30/h1 tf at least to avoid chart noise. just my 2 cents

used to trade gold before but stopped, gold to me is too volatile. for small accounts, you can loose 45 points in the blink of an eye which could be huge percentage on your account lost

Which time frame are you testing? Try filtering with daily heikin ashi. If previous days heikin ashi is red then only look for short setups. Don't use oscillators. Take Akim setups only if 50%, 62%, 75% retrace is touched or at previous days high/low but still maintaining the bias based on previous days heikin ashi. This is just an idea of mine that I thought of just now. Let me know if that made an improvement. Also, try setups at pivot areas like Pivot, R1, S1 etc. But only take at direction of previous days heikin ashi. If you get it right and some luck you might get into the trend of the daily chart. And... Make sure there is a trend at the daily chart. Higher high higher low daily bars that kind of stuff.
