A Continuation Trade in the simplest of terms is: "the resumption of a trend after a pull-back."

There are LOTS of ways to define Continuation Trades. Why I wrote what I wrote on Post # 1 is because I was trying to teach some of my trading methods and I needed a way to define them as succinctly as I could.

What you must also always keep in mind is this (which I also wrote in Post # 1):

What I am presenting are trading methods, tips, and suggestions. Multiple trading methods about ways to enter and exit trades (with others likely to follow). I don't have a template. The indicator is in Post # 3893. All you do is drag it (from the Navigator) onto the SAME lower window multiple times and change the settings to what's mentioned in the post.

While you are correct, if you look at the bigger picture (the Weekly chart) you'll realize that it's not really that important.

To me, S/R is just like flipping a coin, it's only right about 1/2 the time.

How about draw a line where price touches a few times?

Something like this I guess. Switch to line chart and draw a line where price touches in several place. Theres no way of knowing if the lines will hold or not so not of much really.

A line chart is not ACCURATE. It does not show the TRUE highs and lows. So please try it on a bar (or candle) chart which is accurate.

Took SGDJPY about 10 minutes after the last candle closed. I was a little late as I couldn't be at the PC at exactly the right time.

Currently using 2% risk per trade, 1/100 leverage, aiming to average 1% account profit per trading day.

Buggered my day right up, lol. It wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't doubled the lot size on it.

Tomorrows another day, I'll just have to make 2% to make up the deficit

yep same here, week started off good with a couple good trades and then it seemed like the next few went against me right off
5 traders viewing now
