Press conference is over, and nothing was said to reverse this upwardness. On July 31 (last rate cut), they didn't like his press statement. I will still watch on Thursday night/ Friday for a reversal, but so far fundamentals seem to be reenforcing earlier chart sentiment.

Look at July 10th, could be similar, or October 3rd, but eventually it falls.

Master Yoda - am I interpreting this right: Since bond yields are moving down (shown in the orange line on the graph), then USD/JPY should follow?

That day when you pulled a muscle and took a bath to loosen up. While there you thought to yourself..hmmm.. lemme edumakate myself some more... Only to see someone seemingly explain a pattern you were currently experiencing. Oh, and thanks @CogsX86. Made me second guess my long. I am still long, but were it not for this video I would possibly have jumped off for a loss by now.

Why would BOJ want to appreciate Yen in their meeting? That is contrary to their policy of keeping Yen weak.
