NZDJPY CLASSIC. this is a breakout (retested) trade from a ten year low. good trend, good RR ratio, good price action too

EC just shot up after I entered short. but should retrace if the structure is to be respected

True.
But 1.0960 level is a very strong resistance point to watch. If your stop is way above it , the trade remains very valid

i took a long position on eurusd for so many reasons, just one of it is on the weekly chart the last 2 candles for the last 2 weeks are bullish candles, the last one closed above the close of the previous one, also the low of the 2 candles are same....i factored in so many other reasons like i said earlier and well, i am in positive at the moment and i have locked in profit ....and i am planning to hold the long position for a while

example of a failed trade. this system is awesome, but it has its bad days too. its not bulletproof and requires some filter or confirmation signal.

I agree so far so good. If you move that to BE or trailed it you could profit from that one or at least come out of it. From the looks of it would of been 1 candle profit

Was the entry around 1.0875?

No profitable move at all. it was a straight move to the stoploss target. my entry was at 1.0918(the close of the bearish breakout signal)

nice call! i am catching on it too. the signals are supported by a rush of fundamentals that were released hours ago. its a good day so far for this simple strategy. lets hope it continues.

No system is completely foolproof. All will have some losses, and anyone trying to sell or give you a system that never loses is a liar or a crook.

The aim is simply to win more than you lose.

I have been lurking here for a while.. started trading this way in May, then refined my entries from August.

In that time I started with a small account of £200.

Currently sitting on a balance of £250 and almost risk free equity of £280.

It works! Stick with it!
