watch gold..
if price reverse back up again
will not surprise me
why?
because there a small bull at h1..
so if selling at lower price
need extra carefull there ️

What i find is volume is a lagging indicator . It is not a leading indicator. It works alongwith the candle. Not in advance.
So how this helps in trading the next candle???

Gold is interesting

if we look at fhs background over last days and weeks it's weak

after the gap up Sunday we are selling but no gap close yet and no real intraday trend . Smart money are not participating in the sell it seems . It's fomc tomorrow and this will provide the real direction of gold for the balance of the week in my opinion , 4 hour chart currently says down , 60 min chart says buying is going on

gold they love to set traps .. so I would not be surprised to see some form of spike on fomc to 1510 and then a sell on the minutes . This is not a trade call just my current observations of the marlets

gold Dow and Dax were all in comsoldidation channels yesterday so I am waiting for breakouts to trade them . I like to trade trend test trade ... super safe way of trading

There os no such thing as a leading indicator

but ......

do tou think smart money sell $1 billion in gold on the current 5 min bar ? Or even the current 30 min bar

no of course not ... they slowly get into positions and vsa is all about background in the chart . Smart money leave foot print all over the charts if you know what you are looking for , so it's the history of the charts , the last 200 bars on a 30 minute that can tell you the direction of the markets and what the smart money are doing .

Here is an example ... Aussie rates last today see my comment before the rate

Noe looking at daily Aussie we saw the smart money lose interest about 6 days before the session yesterday

the bar marked by the cross hairs is a no demand .. up bar super low volume .. no smart money buying participation as they are already long .... and as that top formed they were selling or taking profit

we can say top is in ..

i so not trade aussie way to boring for me

After my last posts you migjt be thinking " but news is not known until its posted in forexfactory " 😂

My mate who who works for the Bank of England knows all the open and close levels for the gbpusd for the next two weeks ..... he know all of the " news announcements" .

even the before so called drone strikes oil was being bought all day Friday .. I was also buying but got stopped as my stop was to tight intraday

Check out EU I got a triple top setup there. But EU volatility so small it's only 12 pips to testing yesterdays low. Just thought I mention it though.

Dude all indicators are lagging . Use volume only to confirm a trend for a possibility of continuing or just a pull back from major trend. Malcolm should be able to answer this.

so by seeing THE HUGE VOLUME BARS we can say that smart money is taking participation and if its not they are not interested .. right?
and as we can see that there are no huge bars currently forming on gold.. so gold is also going to be slow moving,...
