How to Analyze a Chart

DAX 5 Days / 5 Mn

a) the longest Cycle in orange goes from Low L1 to Low L2

b) the vertical distance L2-L1 = the Measured Move = the End result of the Underlyng Trend

c) the longest Cycle (orange) includes 3 shorter cycles in black

d) the combination of these 4 Cycles build an Head and Shoulders pattern
