The cut itself isn't a problem, the problem is whether that cut is just a mid cycle adjustment as he states or it is a end of cycle adjustment (assuming the DXY is close to the 100). As for Trump, his tweets provide more volatility than any news.

He can't stay silent it's why it's called a speech. He needs to signal if there is a cut or not this September this is the speech is about. But I could be wrong bro

no say rate cut and also didnt say no rate cut
you can search it ,he can just say act appropriate
