Please check the EA based on currency strength. Please put the indicator on the chart during EA testing. Please test EA initially in Demo Account only
All Parameters are in Pips. For any profit/loss parameter, If you don't want to use it then set it as zero. For suffix & prefix parameters, if you don't have in current broker then set it blank(no space).

EAX dashboard already can be connected with csDash using this tool ,and is all free,no idea what kind of other EA you may have but your way of doing things and polute initial EAX and Dashboard threads is not really fairplay.

Start time of the EA

if you want to start the EA two times a day you have to set time in EA as per your terminal time.
Lots: Lot size you want to do in the account for each trade.
Stop Loss: Stop in pips
Take profit: in Pips
Trailing stop and Step.
