The support for USD / JPY is now the level of 105.57, and the resistance is 106.08. With the breakdown of any of them, the movement that has begun will be further developed. Therefore, I propose to place orders for the breakdown.

if nothing comes from the talks today, then i don't know if USD/JPY will go higher

Looks like a lower edge of about 105.602 and an upper of about 106.668 but all bets are off with any incoming tweets....

possible pullback toward 106 . 40 - 106 .60 area targeting the low 104 .40 - 104.80 zone over the next few days

Definitely not the reaction I thought the tarrifs would have. Looks like it was "baked in". Onward to 106.6? Fed in two weeks roughly. Up for a week... meander down slowly starting a week before, then when confirmed on the 18th.. down to those lows. As some on here have said. Selling the 107 area should be nice. IMHO a break of 102 area could take us to 80. Especially with those recession fears looming.

Any risks the market perceives could cause yen to rally further include whats coming from uk/eu with brexit

I believe US/Jp is going down.. IF it stays below SMA-13 during NY session, I'd be more sure about my view.
