Dear Sir I have developed Trading method from combination of Tech Fundamental and Spl Mathematics.


It is named as fundamental Intercept


As per this Intercept 1.1209 correspondce to 10.3%

It will take long time to reach 1.22

During this period Observe buying from 1.below 1.1209 and selling above 1.1280

I f fundamental reach above 26% ---1.1400 then i twill try to reach towards 1.22

At Present
Since Fundamental is very poor It will reach high and decline.

Large specs have started putting on their longs again. Either they think ECB won't cut (unlikely), or that ECB cuts have been factored in.

Either way, looking forward to the volatility next week. Remember boys and girls, no volatility, no opportunity. (Unless you think reading charts will make you money )

CAUTION: Don't try to pick bottoms. The bottom is what you think is cheap (either based on history or what you can afford). My stop loss is if I'm wrong about WHY I put an order through, not at a price level.

Here's my take on the EURUSD from a techncal perspective of a swing trader.

On the daily time frame, price action is operating within a narrower horizontal channel 1.12860/1.11940 (bound by magenta horizontal lines). This is very much an area to avoid trading in until either a breakout or a breakdown of the channel. A breakdown of the channel is not likely to offer a feasible trade until the 1.11260 horizontal support is breached. Personally, based on the bigger picture favouring bears, I will consider a sell trading opportunity after a breakout above the channel to a value area around the 1.13410/1.13890 zone (bound by blue horizontal lines).

That's not how you trade fundamentals... One news release doesn't drive the market direction, especially not FX. If you want to trade global macro (imo, the ONLY way to trade), you need to form your worldview on basic economics that you think move or inform an economy. For example, I already knew the Fed would cut rates before they announced it (even when they said they wouldn't and got into an argument with Trump), because I came to the conclusion the US economy was contracting. That was from homework of over 20 economic indicators, most of them leading. In fact, I think I posted on this thread before Powell announced.

You're right however, that MSM manipulates, but it is the TIMING of their releases rather than the content. Because trust me, everyone in the City who have come to the same conclusion WILL be taking notice in the next two weeks.

I used to work in the City, and most of the blokes on the train read nude mags on their commute, and only took out the FT 10 mins before pulling into the station. I personally haven't read the FT or watched a BBG/Reuters segment in YEARS.
