yareck, have to argue the point there. Here is my trade below from yesterday. We've broken upwards again I think we're most definitely in the buy zone! DXY (below) is very weak and looks set for further downwards on Monday. Anyway time will tell right?

P.S. But well done on your TE - very impressive indeed. I see you did very well indeed on Thursday afternoon's fall. I had a frozen finger on Thursday afternoon with very heavy regrets that's for sure!

I would say we are bullish but not in buy zone(price is not attractive).

agree with you there , gold is poised to break higher sooner or later

whether this is the buy zone , it could be , but many times gold gives away many false signals

so it could end up in a tight trading range once again , but i would be looking to go long on a break of 1440

Yes, especially on Friday, it made so many moves breaking below 1405. Weak bulls' hands would had triggered SL and got caught. Gold is very volatile, something traders should love but also be cautious about!

you might be right there mate..
for me gold is still in play at big range 1382-1427
still possible play at both side,depend to our view n system.
best price to buy is 1377/82..
if price get there and hold well
or not 2nd option at 1350..
before we see bulls out of power at 1427/25
also bears at 1402/03..
same play from both side there..
let wait monday for further action from bulls or bears..
for me..
i’ll follow where the price want to go..
for upside i’m target 1430/35 before waiting to break 1440..!?
for downside i’ll wait to see if break 1390/92 before watch
more to 1377/80 then 1350..!?

I see Tokyo is closed tomorrow. Could be a good day to sell EJ or GJ

Don't know if it will affect Gold. Probably will not move much during Asian session. I'm not sure

China data could impact gold since they hold tons of USD as reserves.
