I KNEW when I wrote that that someone would question me on it, so I'll explain it now.

I don't use support and resistance to make trading decisions.

I only make trading decisions based on the indicators.

BUT...when I see a previous low out in the middle of nowhere and the price has fallen about 350 pips, as it was in this case, I become "AWARE" of the previous support area, BUT I only make my trading decisions based on the indicators.

And now, based on the solely on the indicators, I would be out of that trade.

I ignore the news 99.9% of the time.

The only time I pay attention to it is when it is a HUGE WORLDWIDE NEWS EVENT, like the Brexit vote was.

It is many bars passed the crossover but what I would have considered even more so is that the Daily chart is still technically in an uptrend.

I am not specialist in trading method that RH showed us. To be honest i didnt earn any money in my life using system based on MTF and trend analysis. Thats why i trade system where i dont care about trend.
Sometimes i read TMS thread but i am bored of everyday fight between two members. Ones i found this thread about system with simple rules. I have to say i like it and i downloaded template and indis and watch charts in H4 TF. Every time i see potential setup on H4 i look at D1. And do you know what i see? Trend on higher TF is opposite to trend on H4.
It prove that it is no hope for me to trade trend based systems.
BUT.
Maybe better option would be to divide all pairs into 3 grups. 1st - in up trend on D1, 2nd - in downtrend on D1, 3rd - no trend.
Then pairs from group 1 scan on 4H chart for long setups, and pairs from group 2 scan for short setups.
This could eliminate trades on H4 couter to D1 trend

hmmm.. im looking at that as well, but i think the Daily hasn't confirmed the trend yet, it still says upward and could just be a small retracement... RH is that correct?

Very Good Idea... It can prevent lot of losses.

I would skip them both. EURUSD Daily is still in a downtrend. EURCHF is in consolidation with big wick candles and Daily HMA and Yellow line are flat.

Ok RH to take a trade on 4h we must have daily all ondicators in our direction ?

2 question when a 4h trade turn into a daily trade do wd still get out on 4h ?

Q1: Ideally, they both should be going the same direction, but it's a personal choice. Sometimes I'll take a trade on a 4 hr. chart if most of the indicators (but not all 7) on the Daily chart match the 4 hr. BUT, I almost never enter a trade if the RSI is on the wrong side of the Purple 50 Line...almost never means that if the RSI is REALLY close to crossing Purple 50 Line and all (or most) of the other indicators agree, then I might enter.

Q2: That's a personal choice, sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. It's like asking if a professional baseball player ALWAYS swings at a fast ball straight down the middle, sometimes he does, sometimes he doesn't. It's a personal choice by him also.
