I also use a currency strength indicator to seek out possible pairs before making sure that the TMS rules indicate a possible trade.

But it only tells that it have been a move / trend in the market, so how do you find it usefull ?

in the screenshot of the meter, you can see that one currency is strong and one is weak. you look to trade the strongest against the weakest or vice versa. you must still do your checks to make sure that the rules to ttade are in place but it gives you an edge. if you look at the screen shot example, you would not get involved with the AUDAZD, they are too evenly matched, hope this helps.

Yes but strong means that it WAS a big movement / trend up. Weak is strong down trend how is this more helpfull then to just watch a currensie and see it have a strong up or down move. And also it was a move it is no gurantues it will continue that way, maybe now it will rest in sideways market or change direction.

correct in everything you say. But, it gives an indication, know more of whats going on. would you trade two currencies that are evenly matched and drifting sideways? of course not. what about two currencys that are poles apart? one the strongest and one the weakest? you might be better with two that are miles apart?

I think EURJPY NZDJPY and USDCAD are better by rules.
A few minutes ago I opened SGDJPY and EURNZD. The other trades have been open since last week.
Any suggestions? Opinions?
