Hello everyone, just to ask Robinhood about this statement that him post on page 1 under Trading Tips:

When you get a signal to enter on the 4 Hr. or Daily chart, drop down to the 1 min. or 5 min. chart and only enter when they are moving in the same direction as the entry signal.
How we can interpret that?, going from 4 hours to 5 minutes is a lot of bars, mostly if I want to trade the 15 min chart.

Also, please, for the people posting here, say IF you are trading on Demo or Real !!, because on Demo, the emotions are null...and in Real.. the drawdowns can be mentally devastating .

Whatever time frame you are trading (above 5 min. charts), when you get a signal, you THEN drop down to the 1 min. or 5 min. chart TO FINE TUNE YOUR ENTRY and only enter when the 1 min. or 5 min. charts are moving in the same direction as the entry signal.

Hey I have question regarding trading H4 and checking Daily time frame for confirmation.

Does all the rules should apply to the Daily time frame as well and I am not taking this trade OR I can take this trade because H4 ticks all the boxes, and in Daily it looks like it's going to reverse....

You CAN do either. It's ultimately up you, BUT the usually the odds of a winning trade go up when you follow the trend on the next higher time frame up.
