Combine (or Big E would say blend) "How to Build and Position" by Agustin Silvani and "How to trade like a Hedge Fund Manager -The Art of Entering and Exiting" by Kathy Lien, you will discover your own entry and exit technique / strategy. Then you can call it whatever name you can imagine. I kept mine simple using the acronym MEME and for my trade plan 2018/2020 I named it TMS-MEME EvolutionIX.

BTW, you can also incorporate Big E's 21/233 Method' multiple entries technique into his 5-Method. This will generate more profits in trending market and breakouts.

Scaling in, or in other words, adding trades to a winning trade is a very profitable and sensible thing to do. Adding more trades to losing trades however, is a stupid thing to do and it can be equated to lack of understanding of the market behaviour. It is not sensible, nor advisable to add to losers, aka, 'catching the falling knife'......and adding small entries to another small (but losing) entry just shows a glaring inability to understand how the market behaves.

If you want to spend your weekend wisely learning more about trading, don't skip from thread to thread, system to system, book to book, video to video, guru to guru, study your charts, that's where the answers lay.

thanks for posting that old 2017 TE of my failed project CI500... that is a good reminder that a robust money management strategy requires a good account size for risk allocation and use of Position Sizing. I writeen a post on why that project CI500 failed and the lessons learned.

I have learned quite a few lessons from that failed project and therefore in TME MEME-Evo, I have implement another account management strategy and tested that in 2018. The result was posted in this thread by MoneyZilla

And my current project is TME MEME EvolutionIX, this is for 3 years trading from 2018 to 2020 and so far the month results have been consistent. I will post the results later when I get online to my broker trade server again.

my first trade was in 1982 ... lost money in the first 10 years but I never gave up.

success is not a destination, they are milestones along a very long journey... a life long journey and ... Plan IX 2018/2020 is just another milestone to turn.

as I said, my first trade was i 1982 ... its that 40th year now since that first trade... between 1982 till now?

Do you have a problem trading with a repainting indicator? You should not.

I don't have a problem when I knew that the TDI repaints its history. I have a solution and it is really a very simple one.

If you study all the OP posts and those with training charts (more then one week past data), you will observe that his training charts are refreshed and the TDI conditions have been repainted but that should not be a problem.

Next week we shall be looking at realtime market live charts for setups the same way we did and I posted several charts GBPJPY which shows the actuall TDI in live market condition.

While it is weekend, you can also test the TDI indicators in your MT4 stratege=y tester and observe how it responds to price and take note of the repainting as new price bars open and close.

What you did not even knew is that there is plenty galore "TDI indicators" coded out there. Some I believe strayed from the original concept only to proof some idiot's believe for what he sees, then THAT TDI becomes the holy grail. BUT then it is only a BS indicator far from the original.

May I ask how the Stochastic 8,3,3 was used in this strategy in the beginning, and is it still in use? I've seen it in some charts, while others don't seem to use it. I've read the first 10-20 pages of this thread and maybe the 10 last pages also. Sorry for asking if someone is offended.
