I think he means, in a flag the Price goes up and down and after outbreak, the Price go fast in the outbreak direction (and break the Level)!

QM pattern tell me that it has high opportunity to short or long. but entry point is not need to be set in the same level of L or H. I always look for the entry point in LTF as QUANTOM238 said and same as sl set.

Ecad I set buy limit 3 days ago and last night got it. Sometimes entry point is same level as L it depends on LTF. someone may think that this QM does not work. But 50 pips is enough for set TP . we must confirm how to set TP also. In this case red line will tell us , support change to resistance.
