106 could play out dependent on Dollar weakness rather than Yen strength - Dollar index has been topping out for a while now and 'bearishness' is in the air generally. USDJPY has now had two significant moves down - so the next phase could be level tests and stop hunts in a sideways range before another gear shift down again. Being a month end funds will be cycling out positions (banking profits) so next week/new month could see some support around 108.250 area before another move down if that is the direction of travel IMO.

possible but we are going to end wave 3 any time now and we start the dead cat bounce ( wave 4 )

wave 4 can take us all the way up to near 110 before falling down again

meanwhile we have cup and handle pattern targeting 107.70 area which could be a possible bottom

my plan for this week

long at 107.70 area and target 109.15 area

then short in 109.15 area targeting below 107.70 and above 106.50

between 106.50 to below 107.70 I will go long and target 112 and 113
