BOC rate decision today, I think that the market may push the pair down in the near term due to the expected higher oil prices

but dips could be bought since the fundamentals in Canada are not good and the BOC is likely to be dovish

a daily close above 1.35 could trigger a bullish rally to 1.40 in the medium term

For me I’m long for 60-70 pip target the CAD will be like 80% dovish specially if they talk about cut the rates in the future. The oil prices are high now yes and maybe will see this pair go down in the next days.
