Apiary fund USA is scam !!!!

Thanks a lot : laurentziu2, packgreen49, ron8237, kelius, js1js1 and sweatx, that all of you have cleared the air: apiary fund myne not a scammer, but they will up sale you for something beside monthly fee$97.

Apiary fund is not a scam at all. They are very straightforward and clear about what they are offering. I traded for Apiary for a year or so. When I left I was paying a monthly tech fee of $67 I think is what it was reduced to, recently.

I found Nate to be a man of his word, 100%. If you have questions ask them in advance, if you are not clear on something ask for it in writing or ask for a more detailed explanation.

The education and resources at Apiary are very diverse and extensive.

Apiary always paid me as agreed. The checks were written out by hand, and hand addressed which I liked, even if it often took 8-14 business days on average.
If you dont make a profit you dont get a check.

It would be a great option to allow traders to compound some profits, instead of resetting every month to the original funding levels.
It was sure very educational and challenging to meet the requirements to get funded at $1000. Leverage is at 20:1, risk bot stops are at 2% per order and 5% per account, which is reasonable. It doesn't take long to get from $1000 to $2500 if you put forth a consistent effort and dont give up easily.

Trading is the toughest game in the world. Apiary limits the risk, I think a little too tightly, but its their money and to be expected.

It not a scam at all, I have been to their offices, they have not moved. I also dont work there now nor have they ever paid me except as a contracted live trader, who only gets paid based on your own personal trading net profits. Their checks have all been good. and they have never been anything but 100% honest with me. I had a few small issues all were handled professionally but not as quickly as I would like, but the fund is good, and they closely monitor thier LP's so they dont get scammed by the LP. But be assured they do what they say, and are very public, and not taking anyone's money and running.
I had a very good experience with them. My major issue at the end, was the profit split and fees, in the future I would consider rejoining if the monthly fees were removed from live traders. initial profit splits are 60% to trader and 40% to Apiary, which is pretty good, and to me the monthly fee is a kick in the chops, and simply because once you get to the live funded account, you have already went through all the resources and hardly use them anymore if at all and so you are paying a tech fee just to continue to allow them to keep the dev going on their own trading client, which sadly was never updated and fixed fast enough for me when I found a bug.

So I found alot of bugs for them, and helped them best I could, but I contend and still do, that they dont have enough people working in the dev dept.
and I still prefer mt4 or mt5 to anything else. The learning curve is steep, the cost is reasonable, unless you dont take it seriously and put in a half effort. Trading is not easy, and they sure try hard to make it as easy to understand as possible.

No one listed on their site is a registered rep. No one is a registered futures broker. Apiary Fund is NOT a broker dealer, futures broker, or investment fund. Apiary Fund is in UT. It is not supervised by the Secretary of State, Treasurer or Banking Commissioner of Utah. It is not supervised by any USA Federal agency or Department.

Apiary fund is a for profit school.

Apiary Fund teaches people how to trade foreign exchange using a data feed obtained from a third party, which they declined to reveal. They provide data to students for them to make trades, for a fee. FOREX students enrolled in Apiary Fund are sure to get an "education". They are not likely to make money or to get their money back if they lose money. They cannot go to any Federal or State regulator to help them after they have been educated because this "school" is not supervised by any Federal or Utah agency or department.

It's actually a very clever business model. Customers pay an upfront fee to learn how to trade and then are promoted at a snails pace to start trading
client money with a promise of a % of the profits.
Rules are in pace to prevent customers losing (or winning too quickly). After about 18 months most will give up as the returns are small to non-existent.

I would love to learn a strategy that makes 4% per day. Unfortunately I don't think that it exists. My strategy is to trade 27 pairs on daily charts and it takes me less than 15 minutes a day. Darn tough to make 4% per day.

Not a scam. I was initially very concerned on joining Apiary because of exactly reviews like some of these. I got my 30 day free trial and I squeezed it for all it was worth with the idea that I could determine what I thought about Apiary before I actually had to pay them anything. By the end of the trial period I was convinced I was happy there and that my money was well spent for what I was learning. All they ask is a monthly tech fee, which declines as you progress through their training until you finally reach $65/month at funding. I was funded after 88 calendar days, and have been trading in a funded account the last 7 months.

If it was a scam, they aren't making anything off me... I understand a bit about what it costs to set up services like this and just the technology has to be taking a good part of the tech fee, not to mention the trainers they have on staff and the massive library of old training sessions available as part of that fee. The live trading rooms are the best education I can imagine. I've been with them for 11 months so I've paid them probably about $700 in that time, and I have received an amazing hands on education.

I have not made money yet, but that is not their fault... I completely understand why my losses have occurred and they have taught me to make money when I don't do stupid things. Mastering myself is something i can only learn through doing, and I am the only one holding myself back these days.

Apiary Fund is anything but a scam. I have been with the Apiary Fund for a year and a half and I am now funded. I received profit checks from them on a regular basis. The people that I have met are most sincere, honest good people. Shawn, Nate, Ron, Jeff, Brian, Rex and Steve are all incredible people. I back them 100%
