Yesterday was opposite day. Good area for it to happen but wasn’t convincing enough for me.

Eur has been erratic to trade, profit potential very low these days. nearly like deadlock. because europe stock market crazy. Bad news but market up, because central bank policy into negative rates just like nikki.

i am shorting dax, ftse, IT40 when good opportunity. i did like this in 2007 2008 2009. made very big money, more than forex. Also dow jones on radar if interest rates change in us dollars any furthur. if rate cut, then markets will go higher. thats why they stop rate hike because if any more rate hike, stock market go down because big money like to have fixed profit on long term investments. Hedge fund target usually 10 %. if 2.5 % fixed, then target is 7.5 %. Thats where they look for opportunity in stocks , forex and large loans or start ups.

Also investment in 3rd world countries in good only in commercial real estate like malls or office cum residential buildings and hotels. only problem with them is depreciating currency value.
Example: I invested in a commercial property in India in 2011. Very high profit ( 60 % ) , but in rupees. Now internationally rupee value depreciate 40 %. My net profit only 20 %. divide by last 8 years total 2.5 % only. Why i take headache to invest ??? same time, i buy Amazon shares, same amount of money, result very high profit. dollar no depreciate because inflation under control, so very high profit and no currency worry because dirham pegged to dollar.

This deadlock give benefit to crypto, because another class of investment now available for big traders. also crypto in limited supply. only not regulated and open to online mismanagement.

I also not traded this pair for long time. also last trade in loss. i dont like loss, but this is part of our life. i try to keep more profit than loss in my notebook everyday. Also i trade less now because health is a concern. i mostly trade 20 standard but this time i only test 1 standard lot. if this trade fail, then i reduce my lot size to 1 mini. sometimes my algorithm so out of sync so i reduce my lot size until it recalibrate. happened 4-5 times in past, at most for 3 months then back in action. also the voltility is less so affect my algo.

The thing about losses is that if your stop gets hit, there’s an opportunity at better prices to get back in the market. At least, that’s how I deal with it.

However if you are then stopped out again then you have to consider that you have the wrong direction and it’s a good idea to wait things out.

Stopouts are minor compared to profit potential so managed like that equity can only really go up.

Both my trades today are risky. Removed the usd component with this trade . Now in effect it becomes eurjpy.

Trading this market has been dead easy.
Just look for opportunities under 1260 should they present at this level.
Trading on a chart is just like trading in real life. Buy when things are cheap, flog them off when expensive. Why use all these diagonal lines if you know where the cheap prices are at?

Nice development overnight!! Usdx still to support while eu reached resistance, so 1300 handle probably reach in strong hand soon. If so 1330/45 will just care, not liky fall easily like before. Anyway pa plays all exaggerate. So take care, fontu

Checking 5h skeleton, extremely difficult close or even low below 1280, tragets go to 1323/1393. As 1286 breaks down now, so may 1280 /1276 justbreak to Up ok to see.new buy added there to activate. And if breaks 1331 up my "be" will shift just below 1280 next as plan set to see.

Hope doing well, just try play little riskless while maximum risk will prevail in forex, sure all erratices here at every moments. Actually eu is the best pair to play safe. Other may give more but more erractic and will snatch in moments oneday. Only here you may never die if act rational.
While physical /real offline market always the best as will never die, even a glass of water will always remain with whatever value appreciation.
