about 40 pips in the red. waiting for another close below the low might have been a safer way to play it.

Hello.
That is the more proper way to say it, than how I say it, that I want to go in short/long after two red/green candles.
But I still beleive it will go south.
We just have to wait for the signal to go in.

Concept of Buy low Sell high. I enter positions where there is high possibility of getting a risk to reward ratio of 1/3. I still risk about 2% but taking positions at the extreme gives you opportunity to increase lot sizes without compromising the determined risk of 2%.

Its not a game of wrong or right. Its a game of opportunity. If I am wrong, I am not so exposed. I loose small. If I am right, the reward is very good.

I only use the moving average as confirmation points but PA is the King.
