This thread is treated by one individual as his personal soap box / journal and is bombarded daily with a great number of pointless posts. He has been asked several time by several people over at least 5 years to not do this, but to start his own personal thread, but he refuses to do so, which leaves this thread now resembling a jungle. Both the above threads are very clear and uncluttered with crap and you will learn a lot. Lastingwell, sadly, passed away three years ago so use her thread as reading material and learn from the many good traders there. Likica doesn't post too frequently these day, and I guess that's because with any system, once it is explained and examples shown and understood, there is no point in bombarding a thread with crap. However, if you post there, you're sure to get a straight answer from one of many traders who still go there.

i yes read he had health issue but thinked he recovered

i was reading specially the first 300 pages an was not confident to post

so didnt put much attention to his profile n last pages

now i noticed he didnt posted since octubre 2011

Yes, is is sad. This thread has become a jungle without him here. No one is in charge here.....it very much is 'the law of the jungle' unfortunately

Follow TDI and Stoch. Keep it simple.
Follow these rules Post 94,406.
Use a Synchronous indicator to move the V-Line on both chart.
Every time H4 TDI cross over check that all four indicators are confirming each other.
- The angle of green is the most important factor with BigE's method.
- Take Sup/Res level's into account.
- Be careful for consolidation.
- Understand the meaning of big / small bars.
- Understand the meaning of short / long wicks
- Always enter in the direction of the long term trend.

Looking at hindsight trading on chart below, you going to have / need nerves of steel.
- Some entry's will go into draw down which will want you to close that "lossing" trade. How you going to mange your emotion (fear, greed) will have a big influence on profitability. (Suggest: take a peek what M15, M30, H1 is doing.)
(I still have that problem with M15H1)

Not a breakout candle. Too much risk at the moment with FO and LO hours in front of us.

WAIT.. pick only the best setups to trade like the OP used to say.

Being picky, I do miss some trade opportunities.

Like the next person said. The most important part is not the entry but the exit (how much you are willing to risk which should be set before even taking a trade) and how you manage a trade. You need to develop a way to balance risk vs staying into a position in a position.
Basically, only following a TDI cross is not enough and what Big E calls ''basic forex things" are in fact the most important aspect of this method (or any other method to be honest).

It is mentally challenging to accept the fact that you are wrong and need to get out of a position. It is also hard to both include a method's rules with the common forex rules but I think it is a required step. And there is no shortcut to this step, screen time is required.

Cantinflas,

I think just focus on the trading methods. Whichever one that fits your style. Genuine/non-genuine people get called out most of the time. And if you're a newbie, there's a lot to learn. Same for me.

Careful with any GBP trades, the Prime Minister is due to "address the nation" at 8.15pm GMT tonight. It really depends what she says as to how its going to react. May not move it, but I wouldn't be surprised if it does

i think i read he worked bc of health insurance benefit


then its correct decision to have job in case of wrong prediction


its sad the op here died n people has take this thread for personal agendas like the other guy
