Hello! Here is 2.1 points between Bid and Ask prices on your screenshot: 1.76630-bid and 1.76651-ask - spread is 21 pips = 2.1 points. Average spread for EURNZD is 2.2 points on pro.ecn.mt4 according to our Contract specifications https://alpari.com/en/trading/contra.../forex/EURNZD/

Hello! Your 817932365 order (Sell EURNZD) had "Stop Loss" at 1.76916. The orders of "Sell" type are always opened by "Bid" price and closed by "Ask" price. When the "Ask" price crosses the "Stop Loss" the order is executed. Your order was closed at 2018-09-05 00:06:05. The last price "Ask" was 1.76899 at 00:06:04 and the next price "Ask" was 1.76936 at 00:06:05. Your "Stop Loss" fell into slippage. If the "Stop Loss" falls into the price gap, it is executed by the quote available after the price gap. That is why your order was closed by 1.76936 price with the slippage 2 points = 20 pips.

It was the bank rollover time. Due to the lack of liquidity your order was fallen into the price gap.

Sorry for days I have difficulty reaching the alpari site, now I have an open operation and I can not make a deposit to cover the DD in progress. I also wrote an email to [email protected]. I attach the screen, does anyone know what's going on? And 'above all if the operation goes into stopout because I can not deposit whose fault is it? Will I get my money back for the disservice? What should I do?

Hello! It was night time (EET). Liquidity was reduced and the spread was increased. Spread widening is normal in such period of time.

Alpari MT4 has been freezing all week. I get re-quotes, even off-quotes. I tried trading with alpari live but have given up.
I have 9 trades open on a silly Alpari nano account. I cannot close any trades, I cant open hedges against any losing trades. The platform is permanently in *off-quotes mode* (even in slow/ normal traffic times!).

I have proper stable accounts with FXTM XM Fortfs FBS HotForex & even FIBO ---- these Alpari guys are absolutely useless.

Hello!
This situation is observed on this type of trading account (Nano), because it has 4 decimal places and quotes are slowly changing, in this connection, the terminal writes "No price" because of the lack of updates of quotations, it is necessary to wait for the quotation update and open / close the deal.

You can open 5 digit (standard or ECN) account and compare the frequency of quotations receipt.

Incredible isnt it ---- you open an account... place trades.... you can close the trades for hours & hours & hours. And Alpari says "Oh you can open an ECN account"!
That's like saying...
Q: My Alpari car keeps breaking down why?
A: Oh you can buy a Rolls Royce it will not break down

I tried alpari some time ago and closed the account because the service was terrible along with the arrogant and cocky customer services. Best thing to happen was them going bust in the UK. I heard many bad stories about them after that.

This is a specific feature of such trading account type and Instant Execution. There are requotes can be observed and we inform about it in our bisuness model. If you are not satisfied with such Execution method you can use trading accounts with Market Execution where is impossible to face such situation. That's why we suggested you to look at ECN account type which has Market Execution.

We are not Alpari UK company. We are Alpari Limited which is different company registered under the same brand. Our customer support is always good and our specialists are happy to solve all the issues. Just contact them via Live chat and check.

However please note that Alpari UK went into insolvency not bankruptcy. You may search FCA site and you will find only positive resolutions of the regulator how Alpari UK were prepared and protected the clients during the course of insolvency. All the clients received their money back.
Quote of Ms. Mary Starks, Director of Competition, FCA published on FCA site:
“The financial crisis taught us a thing or two about firm failure (admittedly as silver linings go this is pretty meagre). Following the collapse of Lehman, there was a lot of work on the client assets regime to ensure that when an investment firm goes down, the cash, stocks and shares it holds on customers’ behalf can be returned to them.
This regime has been tested. In January 2015, Alpari – a retail forex trading firm and erstwhile sponsor of West Ham FC – went into administration. Alpari had segregated client funds according to CASS rules, and this allowed the administrators to return money to customers.”

well, shades of the wording, but looks more like a bankruptcy in the end:

or here:
https://www.leaprate.com/forex/broke...nds-shortfall/
"It took only 869 days.
Nearly 29 months after the fateful Swiss Franc spike of January 15, 2015, Special administrator KPMG has announced that on Friday, June 2 they sent out notices to former Alpari UK clients, indicating that final distributions to account holders at the now-bankrupt Retail Forex broker have been made."
there is always, always another trade!!
