v44.6 is not picking up that CCFp-Diff_[v2.0-MTF] is on chart. Have tried applying indy 1st to chart followed by EA, and vice versa. Nothing works. Jess?

Hey All,

My trading and testing has been halted for a little bit. My desktop stopped working. Im in the process of getting the warranty figured out, picking out a new one, sending bad one back, and receiving new one. Takes time. Very frustrating.

Ill still be reading the thread and going over my notes of course. My vps can only handle 2 MT4 Instances, so my other 4 MT4 Instances are on my desktop.

Looks like that lastest CMSM does not work for me. Any idea?

Thursday Basket (Using MRDFX's Tuesday Preset

MT4 EA v44.8 (pepperstone)

EA: TP: 5% SL: 10%
LotsPerBalance 0.02/500
MaxTrades 8

Indicator: CMSM v19.01 level 4 @ PERIOD_W1

Profit for TODAY: +5.94%

Profit for the WEEK: 18.31%

DONE FOR THE WEEK. Now I SOMH (Sit on My HANDS) and wait for the EA to do its thing starting next TUESDAY thru THURSDAY.
There are two things I will do for this approach. 1, I will let the real basket be open up to about 4hrs, if not TP or SL is hit I will manually close it.
The second thing is that if I SEE the basket down at about -6% I will consider closing it, instead of allowing it to fall to -10%. I will be observing the MIN values in the weeks to follow to determine if I can lower the SL, maybe even as low as 5%.

NOTE: You guys will notice that the MAX value is +5.68% but the basket closed at +5.94%. The reason for the slight differences is cause when the basket is closed the EA STOPS ALL MONITORING, so as a consequence the last "reading" is not recorded. I will see about fixing this in a later version (I think there is only one version left to publish... )

Nicely done bro. I never thought about running v19.01 on other days. When grandaevus released v19.01 I did do comparison testing on Mondays vs v17.01 and it didn't do well so I kept it to Tuesday only.

Perhaps if it is also profitable on Wednesdays and Thursdays, then we will have sets for Mon-Thurs not bad!

Wow Chrisdk, you are really killing the 3xCMSM system in a good way haha !!!! Seems like adding that "5" to your cmsm MovingAverage Multiplier is paying off. Keep it up and please keep posting your results.

Awesome Inescapable !!! Are ur 3x cmsm settings those of Chrisdk with the added "5" to the multiplier or my original cmsm indicators?

Also, is ur setting TRUE or FALSE for the EA setting of "Add new trades suggestions on real basket"?

So, how do you think your 08010gmt start time is doing? Seems like its doing pretty well so far. Im still starting right at 0800gmt, but there is some wisdom in considering a later start time by at least a few minutes. Once I get my computer up and running again I want to start testing 0800 vs 0805 vs 0810 vs 0815 open times.
