The current daily candle already includes 3 full trading sessions worth of data and 2 ½ hours before the closing of the NY trading session which I consider enough to make me elevate the stop loss below the low of the candle (without any pip discounted).

Well if it breaks above 110 i'll join the long train, but will it sustain it up there. I'll be very keen to see a higher low above 110, even on 5min chart. USDX heading north, bonds down, Japan saying their economy better than people think... putting correct weight on FA is an impossible feat I fear

it did break above 110 but there is not much movement higher towards the next resistance levels at 110.5 and then 111

Lots of news this week, more today. I hope in 3 hours time it can make up its mind.... I actually had several longs yesterday but opted against watching, set my SL and walked away and got stopped out. I thought when it broke above 110 again it might stick ( my trades were high 109s) but no another rejection. Patience patience patience. I am also very happy to sell of course, and wondering will AU continue to slide...

Ya, seems their hasn’t been enough USD attraction, and price could easily make a push toward the other side of the wedge, I posted above (inverse).

Hey Yoda thanks for the chart. For my part today I have been scalping longs which surprises me a bit, but the 5min PA with hammers and long tails has made me suspicious it might go up. Closed my longs 109.765, unsure now. I was hoping I could lock one in but no

USDJPY remains in the uptrend from 108.49, the pullback from 110.16 is likely consolidation for the uptrend. Another rise could be expected after the consolidation and next target would be at 111.50 area. Support is at 109.55, only a break below this level could bring the price back to 108.00 area.
