thnx, its your bounce input, you have it set to +10. That tells the EA to add 10 more pips to the trigger which is the same as setting the upper trigger to +30 pips. If you want the EA to bounce the trigger set the bounce to -10 pips. The EA will wait for vprofit to hit the +20 trig then once vprofit falls to +10 pips open the real basket.

2 EAs, one with positive trigger, one with negative. With v44.3 when one of the two opened a RB, VBs on BOTH EAs went dormant. Each EA has a unique magic number with corresponding indys also having their own unique ID. numbers. Should the EA that has not opened the RB be reacting to the RB which has been opened by the other? I think not... We'll see what happens with v44.6

Hi Jess,

I've tested that feature of allowing new trades. Still, no new trade has been added after the real basket opened. The EA would just keep the same number of pairs after the VB opened.

Tuesday basket hit TP.

It took some time today, but finally hit profit.

This makes it 3 in a row, 1 more week and I will take this live as an extra weekly approach.

So, looks like all is well... Pos. trigger basket has opened a RB, and Neg. trigger EA VB has not been rendered dormant... Should basket reverse and turn neg., a 2nd basket will be opened at neg. trigger level at 1.5 times orig. lot size. All of these ideas are borrowed from yohec.

RB has just hit profit lock and will begin trailing... Let's see what morning will bring.

No need to wait until morning...Stopped out at +221.9 pips. .....Note, neg. trigger EA VB still active.

Hey mrdfx,
I've loaded your set file from page 1, but:
- I can't see where you set any kind of SL
- and I don't see where you set up for Mon AND Wed trade days (unless you you open a second chart and EA?)
Could you provide some guidance please?

CMSM Trade level 2 @ PERIOD D1

CMSM Running at least since 8h.

Vb opened today at 9:00 GMT currently not triggered @ -120 pips approx.

My basket opened after VB was triggered.

There is something I don't understand.

There was 12 currency pairs opened in VB after triggering 20 pips real basket opened.

Shouldn't be opened with the pairs from VB ? Otherwise we face situation like now when basket was triggered with
12 pairs but only 2 opened in real basket. So the chances are we will never hit our TP.

I guess my qestion is - should we not filter all the pairs for VB exactly like for real one ?

Perhaps I don;t understand the mechanisms here.

Could someone please explain ?

Hi if you loaded my set file from post one then it will automatically load the settings which include the SL and open times/days, so I'm guessing you have not loaded it correctly.
