More of a mixed bag, really. Employment change is in fact only one third of the picture, and the only positive today. The other two elements, jobless rate and earnings, were both lower; hence the initial hesitation.

Not a scalper myself, but there might still be some pips up for grabs selling USDCAD...

you know, without a mention around 124.60ish, or without a marked up chart, this statement is total rubbish.
dont blame on others "trolling you" when your best achievement is making backward trade calls.

Why do you still persist with this idea? It is inconsistent, you would make less mistakes if you took it as trading back into range, you're overcomplicating it, you are fooling yourself and your followers, sometimes that happens, but mos of the time it doesn't, your followers get so excited when it goes to plan, only to be wrong footed time and time again thinking they need just need to understand it better, where the case is, it's just WRONG.
