Liquidity for a large order may not exist at 4 p.m. so bank must sell currency before that time and after, and author didn't mention this case, common for a large size order.

The client has a guaranteed 4 p.m. price for the whole size and is happy with that, and what if bank is left with a lot of cash to sell, who will cover the losses.

Looks like client in a fancy restaurant visit a slaughterhouse first time in his life and doesnt like that, but still happy with the meal.

I managed to read this article.

This is a serious problem, cartain practices in large banks are on the werge of collusion, fraud and crime, hats off to EU Commission attempting to cath them, imagine what is going on in smaller countries, where banks and corporations can influence parliaments, politics, governments, police. Real horrido. Imagine how much a group of traders can make in Brasil or Venezuela knowing hours, days in advance first hand from the govergment what the next important news will be. "Some people say" thet these practices are quite common, real insider treding, not buying a bunch of stocks for a 100 thousand dollars. And they wont be prosecuted, because it is a business on the verge of politics, and, what is more important not a crime in many legislations (yet). They even dont want to regulate this area, because they would lose their hundreds of millions to take legally from the markets.

So if there was fraud inthe case described in this article it should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Unfortunately US law took different direction and instead of pursuing white collar crimes in general dismounts FBI units responsible for it and the sentences are light.

And back to our Fluffy Flactar "exposing" rigged markets using levels God knows where (I suspect data for free from Oanda). Think about capital in play, if these levels are good the big boys will have them before you and use them. They, or their firms can pay for them a million, or even ten million a month, not to stripe from data from a tiny retail broker.

You may think that Flactar has some free, special knowledge, if so he would nt give it for free in a public forum here but use raking miliions and then billions from the market himself. But he cant, for one simple reason, these are worth sh.t. If you really want to learn traingg study Billytt thread, find a decent system, this thread is a joke, levels, indicators, this is all smoke screen, not worth your time.
