{quote} Nice view, nice analysis, thanks! But I honestly don't know. What's gonna weight more, ...the US mess or the EEC mess.

The US still seems to be in better economic shape than Europe, so I`m putting my money on the usd. But, of course, I might be wrong.

don't keep your money on USD now

the 1st quarter of 2019 USD will be weak

after 1st quarter USD will be the king and will kill all other currencies until the end of 2019

Well that was fun today ..... Here you can find my HEW-update on FF My view in overview: back to 1,1331. then down towards 1,1285-74 and then we need a retracement 1,1322-44? before the next run downwards can occur

I was to quick....did you remember I said "I expected a deeper dark blue wave"....? Well indeed my expectation was correct ....but at that time the dark blue wave wasn't finished..... now it is...

So now I expect again thedark blue wave-b upwards in the form of an abc.... to around 1,1405-30
I expect the wave-a is finishing around 1,1370...then a smaller wave-b retracement followed a by the move towards I think the 1.405-30

Let's see if euro hit 1.1400 - 1.1418 on which a pull back from there will be a buy opportunity all the way up to 1.1460

I'm out now.... mayby it is pulling towards 1,1376 SMA200 in (1H-chart) before a retracement....

waiting for a retracement...towards possibly 1,1329-33
and after confirmation possibly a shot upwards towards the 1,1415-24
You can manage risk, but you can't manage the return

Resistance at 1.1350 has been ovecome. The bounce is continuing. 1.1400 is thinkable but I have my tp at 1.1375.

my expected scenario for next 2 weeks is to hit 1.1530 then pull back to 1.1340 - 1.1380 from which we will see a sharp rally up to 1.20 area .. happy trading .

[/ quote]

I don't know if it was this support area, but USD seem to suck now all over the majors.

As long as the shutdown continues, USD isn't getting strength.
