Market closed only for us retailers.Market makers can do operations even on weekend.

changed sides.Rode down from top and now buying ..ifeel like oil wants to fall further
so im taking profit around 1.3650 but set SL @ BE

This pair is currently in a strong uptrend.Every small dip bought back up.Maybe next week BOC will short it.

Because the MM can, that's why...

With so many retail traders shorting USDCAD, how many were watching this movement and just wishing (praying...) that they could get in...? LOTS, I would bet...then when the "markets" reopened to us plebs...uhh, retail traders, it was right back where it had closed...

The MM were just planting seeds to make all of us speculate as to where it was going next...Christmas Day HUGE spike up and New Year's Day HUGE spike down...

I just wish I was awake at 2:30am-2:45am (EST)...I would have adjusted some of my holdings a little more than what my presets did...

Oh well...can't win 'em all...

Well out of my short now, us data in 52mins, plus tomorrow is nfp , who knows, might take a bounce here to 1.3565.

but it was a good drop, daily looking very bearish
