It's a shame this person stopped posting ( personal reasons) but he has a similar philosophy to many here of trading "lines" or "levels" rather than basing decisions on the lunar tidal affect or chicken bone casting.

I was watching myself trading the Dax the other day and tried initiating a trade on a line that price bounced off a couple of times - initially expecting it to punch through and fail but elated when it crept up and then sat on another drawn horizontal level. I have never got rid of that initial holding of breath for a few minutes until price went my way or knocked me out. One thing I have noticed that seems to suit me, is drawing areas then watching price react. Not exactly gung ho scalping but suits me to wait. Might even dump Ichi and use these levels I write about but Ichi does give some discipline albeit I might miss moves out of smaller consolidations that are invalidated because they sit on the wrong side of the cloud.Forex is safer, in some ways, for me, because of smaller pip moves and lazy trend moves.
