Understand your individual LIMITATIONS.

USDCAD was a great trade!
I got in quite early, based on some principles that I’ve accumulated on this thread mixed with my own strategy...

Well done on some great trades guys. Great to see stalwarts Peterrr and Grosdesco back in the thread also.

JG also nailing it.

I had to wait for EURUSD to touch 1.13750 before trading my sell. And sure enough after positional price moves higher the SM came in and pushed it all the way up to 1.14000.

They target me in particular I swear (just joking), but with some easily worked out trade management entries as they did it, they topped out at that big round number, and it was profit then past the original 750 entry point down to around the 500 this morning at 4am.

I wanted an easier 25 pips of course. But because of SM I got some extra out of it in the end.

Thx again to Frac for his showing us ALL the SM process.

Though I don't do it in his particular style, I find I now profit in FX for having just seen his information offerings (from closed eyes before).

So you didn't sleep at all for the night to try to make 25 pips? You must feel very young for a 66-year-old guy...

It's that easy isn't it.

Go down to the 15m chart. 10:30 to 11:15 on the broker time scale.

You can see when the positional players took theirs, where others came in to sell, and where SM moved them under low liquidity to the 1.14000 (well there were 2 honest moves, the final DM coming in to buy at 13:00)

Get in, watch the buyers drop off, and it's a tickle from there. Could have got 50 pips from the top, but that's me DM still lol.

Not hard to turn a profit though, wouldn't you say. Glad you got yours on the trade also.

I miss most of "post" NY open plays down here, I have to trade for low (to you) pips during Asia (and then the SM mischief between London open and NY open).

Wake up at dawn refreshed. No Trade Manager EA. Manual closures at 4am.

But why are you coming all the way down from Texas (just an expression) to try and make fun of somebody. Again.

All you elite guys are making hudreds of pips. You're home looking at your swelling bank balances and salivating.

Yet you need for some reason to come onto a random thread to try and make fun of someone else. Interesting bahviour for sure.

I sincerely hope you treat the family, and kids, better at home.

But all the best for Chrissy, be careful now with FOMC and thin $$$
