I don't have a trade for today. I am afraid to open position when the MAs are flat in GU m15. From my experience, the price will have no direction and it will hunt my stoploss. So, when i see very long flat MAs usually i closed my mt4 and I will left behind when the price starting the new trend

there was a nice shorttrade of EU around the daily pivot, but i wasnt at my desk...target was aroung the monthly pivot.

I'm trying to learn this system but having difficulty. I'm still studying it. All I wanted to know is that everyone who posts here is still using the same setup without any modification or variation. That would give me much needed confidence in a setup.

I'm still using it as it was mentioned at the beginning of this thread. Read the thread and trade, repeat and you will see the results. Maybe not immediately or after weeks, but if you stick with it, magic will happen.

So these are my trades from today..thought it would be a slow one, but due to the Brexit news it got heated

First two trade are EU M15. First one I took as a constrainment +10 (was worth more than double). Second one was a confluence of 35/50 with RN (also +10).

Second trade was GJ M15. 10 EMA touch after the news candle stopped above the 10EMA and the next green candle closed also nicely as a confirmation. +19

Hello forex friends!


For the last couple of years I have paid interest to the markets and been eager to learn how to trade. However, up until now the results have been far from impressive. I have tried multiple strategies but none of them seemed to suit me.

About a month ago I once again came across this thread. Previously I had barely looked at it, thinking this could not be real. 3% a day looked too good to be true. But unlike earlier, this time I decided to actually sit down and study the system. So for the last three weeks I have read through Clay’s manual, other attachments and this entire thread! And I must say that I am both impressed and convinced.

Having seen the results that Kostas and many others of you have been able to achieve is remarkable. The fact that (you) Kostas is still around here, more than eight years since you started this thread is admirable. It is also good to know that if one have an important question there is still chance that it will be addressed by the OP.

Now, all of the above has lead me to the following conclusion: I have decided to learn how to dance. No matter what, I want to become successful practicing CHOROS.


Therefore, from now on expect to see some posts from this Norwegian viking on this forum

Another easy trading day with Choros. Search for a nice trend, wait for a retrace, enjoy

On all trades I made around +10 pips.

especially i like to see that you dont waste your time and act only around the openings. good discipline.

So true. I only trade from Frankfurt open until Frankfrut open +2 hours. It gives me more than enough high probability entries with good momentum.

You´re absolutrely right, the european morning session has superb benefits.
Timing, clean mind (if you use the night for sleeping).. and enough opportunities for some trades.

Currently I added short-positions in DAX .. mid term Choros trading ...

If I follow all the rules and if I am very patient, my winning rate is >90% for sure. Didn't had a loser for a long time on a set up when every condition is met. Even if I have losers, most of the time it's my fault because I made a bad decision (sold at low point/bought at high point, missed news, didn't check currency strength). So try it out and see if it works for you. Give it some months and then have a look at your results... I didn't regret it

As you can see all conditions from the rules are met
- nice steepness of all MAs
- good time to trade / no news
- bought at a low point
- currency strength condition is met (GBP strong / CAD weak; bought at retrace)

I got two questions for you:

1) Based on your posts it looks like you trade many different pairs. Do you still specialize in a few or do you trade any as long as the rules are met?
