Dear FF members,

when I started this thread almost 6 months ago, I had no idea what to expect.
First of all, THANKS A LOT to the COMMUNITY here and in particular to the ones who have supported my work from early on. I guess it is now rather easy to be on my side, in particular considering the amount of evidence that I have provided by now in this thread; this soemtimes on a day-by-day basis. Even the last sceptic went quiet after he or she observed the "market causality" unfold in front of their eyes, this in all the pairs, over weeks...
It has a truely powerful effect; when someone is in a trade and then observes first-hand how the “Smart Money Algos” take out the next inner range Medium Term Stop; how they clean the counter-STS before pulling the newest DM positions into loss etc. Such an experience in itself answers many questions people had about markets and quickly removes any doubts.

WITHOUT question and as stated from the very beginning; modern FX markets are HIGHLY manipulated; and the way the manipulating algorithms operate makes complete “sense” one understands the principles I have formulated on the basis of my successful re-engineering of the way these algos were programmed. In a nutshell; the algos found a way to successfully pull ALL DM market participants into loss and to go for their stops; no matter whether these group of traders are long, short; whether they trade trends, reversals, breakouts, pullbacks, scalps etc. Also; various “tricks” as shown make it possible for these SM Algos to do all that without the price moves being too obvious (i.e. fake momentum).
Without question; that market REALITY implies that FX markets are a very UNFAIR poker game for the DM trader on the buy side; and it is no surprise that more than 90% of market participants on the DM side lose almost all of their money over just a few months. The DM trader is at the end of the food chain; in particular if one considers all the retail BROKER MANIPULATION of bucket shops that comes ON TOP of the “intrinsic” SM price manipulation. NO; do not think that these things only happened in the past; they STILL go on; all this while we are talking here.
However; also keep in mind; WITHOUT that super-efficient price cartel-killing machine; FX markets would be VERY different from what they are today. The transaction cost would not be that low; the spreads would not be that tight; you could not trade 24/5 and big positions if you want to. AND; understand that after I have PROVEN that kind of manipulation on this PUBLICLY accessible internet forum and on youtube; DM traders NOW have the CHANCE to find that unique knowledge; IF they do PROPER RESEARCH and look for it.
That alone is something I am already proud of; before; there was almost nothing they could find regarding these IMPORTANT TOPICS for ANYONE who has something to do with FX, and the best content they could find was maybe a short video where a trader makes only general comments on naked charts. This here goes far; FAR beyond; even though the content shown only represents a smaller fraction of the overall content I may present through another medium.


Also, as it can also be seen from the various polls (see thread), most people have by now FINALLY:

- understood how the FX markets are highly manipulated as I have shown
- understood what kind of principles these algos follow in order to prioritize making the majority of DM market participants lose
- managed to avoid falling victim to the SM Aglos on many occasions
- improved their own trading accordingly
- developed a new approach to FX
- etc.

These are achievements I am very proud of.
Making the DM smarter. Nothing less.


Even the harshest critics became silent after they were actually able to observe the SM Algo manipulation live, whether within my trade videos, my screenshots int he thread, my predictions, my explanations, my illustrations etc.
Even most trolls (except two, more about that later) stopped battling me and my work because they could not cope with the daily amount of evidence I have posted in their face.
But anyways. First things first.

















Introduction

As it is known, before I even started this thread, I had delivered A LOT of substantial pre-work, this again in a strictly non-commercial manner:

- I first invested some years in developing the knowledge of how the SM Algos operate (this on the basis of ten thousands of hours of screentime).
- I then created illustrations, concepts etc. in order to make this knowledge understandable.
- I then finalized the tools used and tradable setups.
- I then traded for some years based on this knowledge and the tools.
- I documented all of these trades in ten thousands of screenshots, taken over years.
- After that I then started to document my trades LIVE for ca. 1.5 years on youtube.
- Then, I started this thread here, this almost half a year ago.
- After I started the thread, I even produced educational videos as a complement to the trade videos.
- I then helped a lot of members to improve their own trading, this by explaining, by answering questions, by demonstrating etc.
- I also made live trade calls, which to this date have been profitable with a 100% win-loss ratio (while the general win-loss is ca. 90%).
- I then supplied more "big picture" knowledge so that the followers of the thread were constantly increasing their consciousness level.


I have to date not found ANY other thread on this forum that was build on such strong pillars and extensive pre-work (again, I am not aware of any...feel free to prove me wrong).

While I have only disclosed ca. 15% of the overall market knowledge and tools I posses (believe it or not), many members have realized that this thread does not seem to have any comparable thread to date. In fact, it is shocking how many low-quality threads dominate forexfactory these days, but there is a reason for that. This thread is unique, again, please feel free to show me any similiar approach. I am sure there are traders out there who “understand” parts of the content shown already; this through their own respective journeys; however; I have never encountered any trader or entity that would have gone into such detail as I did within this thread. However; understand that I am not boasting here; while I am a strong character, I am humble and one of the most ego-less people you ever encountered; the ones who skyped with me can confirm that. It is more than ironic that these last two exposed broker trolls try the best to make people beleive that I would be ego-driven; they mistake my strong approach to spread the TRUTH for arrogance; but they have a clear agenda; and today we know what that agenda is and who is behind it.

As you can imagine, it is no surprise that in response to me basically showing the market manipulation live "to the world" and even demonstrating how it can be successfully traded, I have consequently been approached by several entities / people who were amazed by the "market causality", as I call it; its detail; its applications to short-term trading. I will elaborate a bit more on that later; all I can say is;
while I have not committed to anything yet, I like what I see and the biggest projects are certainly still to come. But there are several bigger decisions which I yet have to make in the future. Also, thanks for all the ideas people have put forward to me via PMs.
Let us see what happens...

Anyways, I hereby would like to summarize some of the relevant topics in a more structured manner before commenting on what is about to come.
















A] GENERAL

1. The SIMPLE and PROVEN FACTS

As most people here are finally aware, I have done absolutely NOTHING other (and nothing less!) than presenting to you some VERY exclusive knowledge, this for FREE, HELPING MEMBERS here to understand how the FX markets actually work, helping ppl to avoid falling victim to the many SM Algo manipulation games etc.
I have NOT earned a single cent doing so, and I am saying NEVER, not directly nor indirectly.
As I had it clearly written on page 1, I never had and to this day STILL have nothing to sell to you (see first page of the threat).
I neither promote anyone else’s products or services; as you know, I have encouraged to inform me immediately if you receive any PMs by others etc.
Also; if I would have sth. to sell; I would of course state it; that would be nothing to hide.
Also re-read my longer statement respectively (see link on page 1).

My focus within this thread was to make ppl understand how the "market causality" (“MK”) works and what its principles are. My objective was to increase the collective CONSCIOUSNESS of traders on the BUY SIDE; and to improve their understanding so that they have a better chance to escape the UNFAIR games of the SM Algos which are played without interruption. I felt that it was my ETHICAL OBLIGATION to share that knowledge and that the universe will reward me for that; because in life, one MAJOR OBJECTIVE is to increase the intelligence, awareness and consciousness of your species.

It is a pity that forexfactory gave in to the two broker trolls rather than supporting my unique work they also have benefitted from; however; it should also be noted that the factory at least was able to let the thread become very popular over almost half a year; many had suspected that the thread with SUCH CONTENT would be shot down by SM henchmen within just a few weeks; so for that I give the factory credit. At least for that. There is A LOT they NEED to improve but they simply do NOT WANT to or maybe CANNOT; but I will elaborate on that topic later.





Market Causality (‘MK’) – A Glitch of the ‘matrix’
Anyone who has invested a minimum of time into understanding what I was showing in this thread will quickly understand the significance of that content; I am not saying that to underline my own achievements; but rather, I do that in order to emphasize that MARKET MANIPULATION is; without question; the DOMINANT factor that drives FX markets today.
At this stage; whenever you encounter someone who claims otherwise; DESPITE the ELABORATE EVIDENCE that can be found in this thread; you immediately know there are only THESE options;
either; the person you are talking to has simply not looked at the things YOU looked at; and making them aware of that evidence changes their mind.
OR; the person you are talking to has an agenda and tries to implement that agenda; this DESPITE the evidence which is now out there.
“Supply and demand” is NOT what drives FX prices these days; but instead; the SM CARTEL relentlessly moves the prices in a fashion that ensures that the VAST majority of market participants on the DM side loses. In doing so; the SM Algos follow a specific system of priotirization; as shown.
However; the content is there and I suggets you look at it; in case you still have any doubts. It is not my goal to repeat myself or to summarize all of the MK in this particular post.
Rather; this post informs you with regard to what is going on and how I decided to react to it.





2. What I DID so far (UNIQUE LIVE EDUCATION, FREE of charge, for the TRADER COMMUNITY!)

a) Live Trade Videos
As I have stated, before even starting this thread, I recorded my own trades LIVE for over 1.5 years, within ca. 230 videos. Every trade has several videos, showing the trade progression and one could see the upload date and time. At that time; I had not started any threads yet. I also continued that while the thread was active on the factory. Show me one single person who did something like that BEFORE starting a thread and DURING running it! I knew that before going on that journey; I would face resistance; in particular from SM henchmen; so I did not show up with a knife to a gun fight.
No matter what happens next; these videos are there for ALL TO SEE; and they underline how profound the MK is; ppl trying to make a “quick buck” would have never gone through such a long period of hard work; and would certainly not be ABLE to do something like that anyways. I have made sure that my house was build on STRONG FOUNDATIONS and that naysayers cannot just talk down what I was about to show and to DEMONSTRATE. Of course; there is not much I can do about people who do not even bother to invest a minimum of hours into watching these videos; these people are doomed stay in their box of ignorance. Each video included me stating the PRECISE time, date, market, time frame, price and trade. I am not even aware of any other traders who have published their trades in a similiar fashion; but I am sure that there is SOMEONE out there at least documenting their personal strategy that way. But no one comes to my mind regarding that (feel free to send me any links); AGAIN; I am not saying that to boost my ego; but to REMIND you of what kind of pre-work we are talking about here.

The videos have helped many people around the globe to understand MY personal way of trading the "market causality".As I have said many times, this is NOT the only way of how the market causality can be exploited.
But for many, it was very helpful to watch my trades, to understand my commentary, to see the idea unfold and to get a glimpse into my personal way of trading the market causality.Again, I am not aware of anyone who undertook the effort to even document his trades live with videos, for anyone to see.
Anyone who undertook some more serious study on my videos realized that many setups are quite repetitive; for example; let us say the DM flows into the market and goes long; the SM takes out the first MTS on the upper side; which just lures even more DM “longies” into the market trying to trade a reversal up; then the SM Algos make the price revert back into the range once they cleaned out the tight stops of the DM shorties who were “placed correctly” and undertakes a full position run against the Greens; eventually cleaning the multi-day low and eating all the bigger MTS, STS and LTS.
While FX TRADING in general is NOT an “easy game” (remember; “no easy money” principle!); there ARE setups who are rather “easy” to trade; there are ENOUGH examples in the thread for YOU to look at!

Still; even if you would limit yourself to trade “high confidence setups” ONLY; I would NOT call FX trading an easy activity; it STILL REQUIRES YOUR FULL CONCENTRATION; an adequate risk policy; a good execution from your side; a good mindset etc. Do not listen to ANYONE (like ‘bluesteele’) trying to convince you that FX would be “easy”; it ain’t, and it never will! ONLY NEWBIES who had a “lucky run” come to such false conclusions; just to BLOW their next account.
That being said; YES; it is POSSIBLE to be part of the small minority of traders who are successfull DESPITE all the manipulation; AND; there is MORE than one way to Rome. However; understanding the MK is KEY. But how one plays it is more up to the trader; it can be done long-term; medium-term; short-term etc. Also; once could for example select different EAs for different MK market periods etc. I may make a video about such topics.
But for example; when people realized that ALL FX TRENDS are actually DRIVEN by a strong DM FLOW which goes over days and weeks; they were SHOCKED; well; welcome to modern FX! THAT is how it is done! NO SUPPLY AND DEMAND! No conspiracy theory. Just the logical result from the realities that EXITS. And; it is no rocket science; I have presented you a lot of these realities on a PLATE; THAT is why members here were and are so THANKFUL towards me. Some people like me; others don’t; well, you do not need to like me or my strong approach to doing my work; however; be HONEST to yourself and others when it comes to the realities shown; FX is not a pony farm! That should be CLEAR.

b) Educational Videos
I then went even further. In response to people asking me questions in the quest to increase their understanding of the MK, I did another yt channel with educational videos, explaining the content in intuitive terms. In order to be able to do that, I first put together some slides and example trades. I explained in clear language and rather easy to understand how the mechanics work. I also showed example trades; undermining the theory. I only covered a smaller percentage of the overall content, however, as ppl realized by now, it still is VERY exclusive knowledge. It went FAR BEYOND stop-hunting and FAR BEYOND general descriptions ALREADY. I also recorded some predicted stop-runs LIVE during these videos. Again tell me, WHO does sth. like that? I was rewarded with a very good "likes to dislike ratio", positive comments and positive PMs.I am thankful for that. The members responded well to my explanations and formulation of various "principles", such as "DM tolerance", "time & range", "plausibility", "lasso", "pre-run-countermove" etc. The thread was deveoping to the most popular thread on the website; and the subscribers increased by the day; during peak times; with almost 100 viewers; and today with ca. 114 subscribers. There are still several educational videos I will post once I found time to create these. However; as I will explain; other tasks will soon deserve my priority.

c) Thread: Answers, Live Screenshots, illustrations etc.
When I did the thread, I was keen as well as persistent. As the factory had suggested to me, I did my best to "keep the flow". Also, the RULES were clearly defined on page 1. I made sure that trolls could not destroy the flow; the same for other members with different objectives. I posted some very useful explanations, including texts, illustrations etc. With each week, the thread as whole improved, with more and more happy followers as a result. I knew from reading other threads that doing a thread like that REQUIRES me to not have a high tolerance towards people trolling and disturbing the thread. There was a reason why I clearly defined the RULES. In the first weeks; I tried to be rather tolerant; but when it became to clear that low-consciousness people breached the Code of Conduct (CoC); were nasty to other members etc. I made the decision to block such trolls so that they cannot disturb the members who used that unqiue chance to really understand FX; again, this for FREE. The thread is STILL there even though it was moved around more than one time and even though the RETAIL BROKER TROLLS try their very best to make it disappear; and as long as the thread is there; even now in the “commercial section” (more about that later); it STILL represents a unqiue CHANCE for a serious trader to understand how FX ACTUALLY works; and then; what routes will lead you to failure and which to potential success. Today; there are more than 8,500 replies; MANY MANY screenshots and a lot of content; at this point; it take smore than just a few days to study it. However; members have tried to help; for example, ‘Alehayden’ had completed the tedious task of creating a reference guide that gives some kind of overview with regard to where to find what and it is neither necessary to read every single post.
But as long as the thread is there; the ONUS lies on YOU to read, study and understand it. Only 2 members have stated that the content shown would be “beyond” their mental capabilities; well; everybody is different; but I am confident when I say that someone with an average IQ but a more serious interest in FX will be able to understand what is going on; at the latest after a few weeks of study. I personally do not think that the market micro and macro structure is rocket science; because despite several “counter-intuitive” principles; it all comes down to a two-dimensional space in the end.

d) LIVE Trade calls
During running the thread, I made quiet a number of documented live calls, out of which; believe it or not, so far ALL have been winners (albeit that may change of course). Many members observed LIVE how I predicted which level would be taken next and many have benefitted from that (some posted their account results). The two remaining trolls tried to discredit these predictions but were then silenced by live predictions in their respective threads, this while they NEVER were able to make ANY FX predicitions whatsoeverthemselves. That was one of the moments where people realized that the broker trolls do NOT trade; that is also why they dodge any trade challenges. These ppl are PAID to post; to keep useful knowledge out of the public eye; to keep the DM “dumb” so the semi-SM and SM can transfer the money from the DM pockets to theirs. The TROLLS than quickly BLOCKED me from their various threads; because it was simply TOO EMBARASSING for them and their buddies to observe LIVE and first-hand how I predicted the next moves; all this while the trolls simply reverted to their known and repetitive “hate posts” and invented accusations; again, TALK is CHEAP. As I have demonstrated in my “SM henchmen and broker troll” thread; the trolls neither run or have run any big trading threads; it ain’t rocket science to understand what is happening. More about that later. All the trade calls are still in the thread for you to look at; many people even have traded these (despite as I said this thread was NOT supposed to be a “free signal service”). If after all that you still do not get what is going on; then ask yourself whether you have the BASIC statistical knowledge or even mental capacities which are required in FX; I mean that in a very honest and non-discriminating way. FX is not and NEVER will be for everyone; it requires a certain minimum level of technical affinity among a whole range of other things; if you have studied economics and finance like me; you have been trained in topics such as “probabilities”; and such people quickly understand that the “sample size” of analysis, shots, trades etc. already escaped any “randomness” by far. Today; there are quite a lot of examples in the thread; waiting for you to be studied and understood.

e) How much did I show?
All in all, I maybe showed ca. 15% of my overall FX knowledge. That is reflected by the CIQ of around 80. STILL, what I have shown should already make you THINK a lot and ALREADY CHANGED the way many members think about FX markets. That “introduction” to the MK has been shown to be enough for quite some members to be able to trade; again; you can find their respective posts in the thread. However; there is A LOT more coming from my side; however; this certainly not on this forum; considering the latest development I elaborate on further below. Some people have been quite “blown away” by the efficiency and implications of the MK as demonstrated by me; well; we are not talking about a statistical method here or a strategy; but the ACTUAL market mechanics; one cannot emphasize that particular point enough I guess.

f) Defending other members against bullying

There were other things that I did outside of the MK. When members wrote to me that they have been subject to nasty forms of bullying, I jumped in to assist them, this successfully. Apparently, there are not many STRONG CHARACTERS around on the side of the good guys, so the bad guys were surprised when I went for them and did not let go.I guess you can say what you want about me, but I have shown some "balls" also regarding that topic. The broker TROLLS were not used to hit on resistance; and when I EXPOSED these few lost souls; and the whole community turned against them and their wrong doings; they learned the lesson of tasting a bit of their own medicine. It is more than unfortunate that the OFFICIAL CoC is not implemented effetively and that some trolls seem to enjoy a “special status”; something that is not acceptable in particular if one considers that these did not ever contrinute ANYTHING of value contentwise. Istood my man and made the community understand how these trolls make use of questionable methods in order to implement their agenda; this at the COST for the COMMUNITY and in response to my protection efforts towards these trolls the trolls (like “redoktober”) went further and further into the “extreme”; doing more “racial” comments, MORE bullying, until they even engaged in BREACHES of LAW; apparently without any major consequences. More about that later.

g) Exposing REAL scams

When I saw how various members ABUSED their status and threads in order to implement personal agends, I made an own thread showing them how work such as "exposing FX scam" should be done. However, as you can see, while I invested time in PREPARING my work here, they preferred to even breach their own rules and to express FALSE ACCUSATIONS without ever explaining their basis.
It is important that “scams” are taken care of; however; “4xPIPAHOLIC” has completely FAILED with his deteriorated thread; he defined clear rules on the first page and never implemented these; the title basically allows the TROLLS to randomly mention members there and to attack them; the task of exposing scams is NOT taken seriously and approached in the complete wrong way. TROLL redoktober tries to shoot at anyone who does not agree with him and takes the freedom to LIE and INVENT all kinds of narratives without any evidence; and uses this thread to engage in LEGAL BREACHES. Such a situation is by no means acceptable and members have complained; they even go so far to BLOCK members so that they are not able to EXPOSE their wrong accusations. The other issue is that is they succeed in exposing REAL scams; not much happens; but if they WRONGLY ACCUSE members; for example in order to fight their childish EGO WARS; then they will eventually get taken to court; because STRAIGHT people like me have ZERO TOLERANCE for these TROLL CLOWNS to engage in interne libel and defamation; the ONUS lies on the FACTORY to really do something about it; to either rename or BIN the thread and to take matters in their own hands; otherwise; as in the past; they can quickly become an UNWILLING publisher of libel with respective implications. More anout that important topic later.

h) Other
There were other topics I covered; such as showing how MT4 backtesting without tick data is completely MISLEADING and how TROLLS such as “dukas_trader” try to spread misinformation to newbies so that these fall into the trap of building and applying strategies which are doomed to fail. But if I would elaborate on EVERYTHING in this text; it would be even longer than it already is and it would have taken me even longer to publish this statement.

IMPORTANT REMINDER
As I have stated many times by now;
I did ALL of that in a strictly non-commercial manner. I have NEVER earned a single cent; not directly or indirectly, by doing these things. Again; show me someone who does something like that!
I have neither promoted any other entities, people, service providers, traders etc. Today, half a year after I started the thread (!), I STILL do NOT have a product, a service or anything else you can buy or subscribe to.
I neither ever coached anyone; I never accepted anyone from here to invest with me; I never ever send anyone a PM with regard to anything commercial.
Also; I once more emphasize; if I had something to sell to you; why would I hide that?
Still; forexfactory recently gave in to the infamous BROKER TROLL “redoktober” who invented all kinds of things while engaging in ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES and getting EXPOSED by me and others.
forexfactory basically has stated that this would be a ‘pre-cautionary manner’. It should be remembered that right at the beginning of the thread the factory had ENCOURAGED me to continue the thread and to not get distracted.
In this post I will explain how I will now react to the decision of the factory to change to “commercial status”.




3. How the TRADER COMMUNITY responded to my work and efforts

a) Polls

Without question, the COMMUNITY took a clear stance to support me, this by voting "in favor" within several polls. Again, I am very thankful for that. It further confirmed what we clearly know today; WE are the MAJORITY, not these 2 or 3 trolls who did their best in order to hide the TRUTH. Shockingly, these 2 or 3 trolls decided to place their own will, motivated by all the WRONG incentives and interests, over the will of the COMMUNITY. That in itself is a grievance, to put it mildly. But then again, it shows us clearly WHO RUNS THE SHOW. Democratic polls are not to be ignored; it was really funny as well how 4 PIPAHOLIC and redoktober tried to make a poll on me in his LIBEL THREAD and it went against him; and how they quickly removed it. Of course; I had documented the results and re-posted them; but even worse; despite the results; these trolls did DISRESPECT the COMMUNITY and DEMOCRACY once more and had the ARROGANCE to act as if they would know anything better than the group; this is more than LAUGHABLE if one considers how followers of my thread have SUCCESSFULLY traded; while ALL these TROLLS seem to do is to post GOSSIP, FALSE CLAIMS and HATE speech day in and day out. Also; the COMMUNITY has given clear statements in my own polls; they had motivated me to continue the thread; they have confirmed that they understand how the manipulation unfolds; that I helped them to improve their trading etc. As many realized; the trolls had and still have NOTHING to offer; other than gossip and misinformation; and THEY THEMSELVES have destroyed their reputation, credibility and integrity. It takes a special kind of TROLL to even act agains the DECISIONS of the MEMBERS COMMUNITY; what did they expect to receive in return? Of course more and more members went agaisnt them as soon as they realized what is played.


b) Likes, views, comments
People also outisde of the factory expressed their gratitude and support. They left a lot of positive and encouraging comments, next to the likes. I have documented these confirmations in the “broker henchmen thread”. My videos earned feedback with a very good “like ratio”. The vast majority of comments was very positive; with many people around the world being thankful for then knowledge I provided them with. You can see some of these comments screenshoted in my threads and on the channels.


c) Private Messages (PMs)
I have received quite a lot of nice PMs, and again, thank you for that. I have also received all kinds of requests etc. Unfortunately, as a result of the FACTORY changing my status to “commercial” even though I never did anything commercial, I will not be able to answer all your PMs, at least not via forexfactory. Some members took the chance to Skype with me face-to-face and understood what was going on in more detail. Again; thanks a lot for all the nice PMs from around the world; that is appreciated. Quite some people wrote me that they subscribed to the factory because of the thread and that because of their status; they were not yet able to write comments that are viewable for all.

d) ‘Thank you’ posts
I am in particular thankful for all the positive posts from MEMBERS in the thread; with each piece of evidence shown, these increased. I have documented just some of these in the other thread mentioned above. These posts kept me motivated to continue with my mission, especially in times during which the bucket shops sent their trolls who tried to attack me. People have thanked me for my efforts and that I have helped them for free; I have documented some of these comments in my other thread. Once cannot simply ignore the fact that I have helped the community for free and in return the community has expressed that support; in all these forms; still; the TROLLS try to do exactly that and act as if that WORK THAT WAS DONE ALREADY never existed. Shame on them. Unofortunately for them; all these posts are still there for everybody to read; so their efforts to change history retro-respectively failed.


e) Member participation
I thank everybody for their keen participation. Members discussed the shots, showed their trades, posted questions etc. The ones who used the chance to really learn the REAL engine behind FX have benefitted a lot I guess. Some people also went further; Alehayden created a reference guide which helped newer followers to find content quicker. Other members posted their live analysis; their trades; their questions etc. Overall; the interaction with members had increased and helped the community to better understand the MK.


f) Real money trade results
Some members (such as mosah) even went so far to publish there trading results from the "causality trading" and it just confirmed what was already known, that FX markets are dominated by market manipulation these days. Others posted individual trades or predicitons. Again; all this is still in the thread and one CANNOT simply ignore it; for example; look at the latest, SUPER accurate prediction in USDJPY; one member predicted PRECISELY how UJ would first do the pre-run-counter MTS run up first; followed by the main run. WELL DONE! Quite a lot of HORRIDOS were earned by all kinds of different members and one should be proud of that.

4. My transparency (what you see is what you get!)

As the ones know who have followed this thread from early on; I was always straight in everything I did. Also, I made the good decision to CLEARLY DEFINE the rules of this thread on the FIRST PAGE; and it has been there from the very beginning. As everybody knows, I never used PMs in any commercial way neither; but as it can be seen, the factory does not claim that neither. It is important to understand; there is no reason for me to “hide” anything; if I would have a product or service in any kind of way; why would I not disclose it and benefit from my hard work? This will be treated in more detail in consequent sections. With regard to my privacy; well; there will be a moment in time where I will decide to officially disclose my personal name and face; however; it is MY RIGHT to make that decision WHENEVER I decide to do that; and certainly NOT the right of these 2 broker trolls; who are BREACHING VARIOUS PRIVACY LAWS by mentioning MY PERSONAL DATA in their SHAMEFUL thread; this with intent and despite my clear statement that I do NOT consent to that.
The factory was EXTREMELY SLOW in correcting these CoC and legal breaches; and for the repeated, newest ILLEGAL action of TROLL “redoktober”; the factory better acts QUICKLY and makes sure that rules are followed; otherwise; I am forced to use the official laws and processes our society allows citizens in order to protect their RIGHTS. I will soon announce what my FINAL decision is respectively; because of the important of that topic; the factory will just have some days more to implement their rules and policies; and; as stated later; the factory makes the impression of being UNDERSTAFFED on the forum side.
Last but not least; I will announce in this text what my own next steps will be; there is no reason whatsoever for me to not disclose these. It also will allow members to be in a better position with regard to what to expect.


5. My principles: Stoicism and Ethics; however, DEFEND yourself against HENCHMEN! Go for them!

As members know who have followed me over almost half a year, I am a person with VERY STRONG principles and a distinct value system. I follow an ethical code and friendliness has ALWAYS been answered with friendliness. Note that ethical principles do NOT imply that you have to always be nice to everybody, but that you are allowed to respond to people who do unethical / illegal / questionable things with harshness.
In particular, it is ridiculous how the broker trolls tried their very best to give the impression as if I would be in for a “quick buck”; in fact I had posted from early on that NOBODY in this thread should be in for a “quick buck”. In my case; I have invested many years in ACADEMICS, PROFESSIONAL finance, entrepreneurship etc. People can imagine how many hours (and for that matter, unpaid hours) I had invested in collecting all the KNOWLEDGE; its structure and formulation. I have gone through the TOUGH years at ivy leage schools, top tier firms etc., something these trolls NEVER did in their lifetime. And then they try to accuse me of trying to sell sth.? How ironic is that??
More about that later...
Note that it would have been SELFISH for me to never show the PUBLIC this secret knowledge. I am a strong believe that it is more than a VIRTUE to INCREASE COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS. That mission I have achieved already, but there is still much more to do.







B] THE PAST

6. Exposing broker trolls (i.e. "dukas_trader")

Doing this thread, I learned a lot. Also, I came in contact with the SM henchmen, as I had expected before. As the members have learned, it is NOT difficult to identify these fake members. After all, they tend to claim that they would be members for a long time, but during all these years, they contributed absolutely nothing to the community in any way.
So basically; these ppl exposed themselves.
And, as stated before; it became clear to everyone how THEY are a MINORITY that tries to impose their AGENDAs and will on the MAJORITY; this based on theor ignorance and arrogance. Whenever something like that happens, it takes “alpha males” like me to expose such attempts, to increase the community’s awareness and to move developments in the right direction.
It should be understood that these TROLLS do not only exist but do what they do in a very SYSTEMATIC MANNER; they have an AGENDA and try to implement it; hoping that they can stay anonymous; hide behind their big KEYBOARDS and take the WHOLE COMMUNITY for a ride. Understand that the conflicts with these SHADY profiles are NOT TO BE MISTAKEN for me battling around with some heatheads; but it is me trying to EXPOSE the Cartel and encountering their cheapest henchmen at the base of the foodchain. You need to DIFFERENTIATE. Also, I only used legit methods at my disposal and answered in proportion; for example; if that troll “dukas” posts hate posts three days in a row; then he got a reminder of how he fled from the trading contest; how he contradicted himself; how he was caught trying to spread misinformation. The same with “redoktober”; when he went over the line; he had to learn that I WILL make use of the LAWS and processes SOCIETY has put in place for citizens to protect against ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES; I did not dwell on battles but made him understood that he will feel the consequences for engaging in all the wrong doings he decided to engage in. And; it is NOT over (see below).
It should also be understood that any normal member who had contentwise doubts regarding my thread would have just moved on and ignore it; in fact; the factory;s CoC clearly suggest SUCH behaviour. So if someone OVER HALF A YEAR cannot stop battling; this EVEN after he lost support of the vast majority of users; THEN you know that there is something MORE than a frustrated member posting HATE! If you THEN realize that such profiles NEVER comment on any trades and NEVER ran any trading-related threads; but then often still have red status; you KNOW what is played here!






7. My last "enemies" / remaining opponents (ca. 3 broker and forum TROLLS)

By now I have written, researched and documented quite a bit of information regarding the “3 remaining” opponents. Above all; it is by now OBVIOUS by which parties these are driven, again, just FOLLOW THE MONEY!
As it should be MORE than clear by now; “professional trolls” are NOT a conspiracy theory; but a clear REALITY! AGAIN; all the evidence is there.......

a) dukas_trader ("Mr. Broker Troll", or "Mr. CORRUPT")

You can find all the info as it was carefully documented. This “member” has never ever contributed anything of value; but even worse; it is documented how he on purpose tried to spread MISINFORMATION; an example is where he tried to make people believe that normal MT4 backtests without tickdata would be representative; something which is NOT the case, as EVERY PROFESSIONAL TRADER KNOWS.
He also showed that he does not understand BASIC realities in FX, for example he said that there would be a ‘centralized order book’ in FX , something which is NOT the case; these exist in some future markets but NOT in FX. He also tried to convince other traders from the “supply and demand koo koo land fairy tale”.
Above all; his main contribution to the website was to POST DAILY HATE POSTS against me; these are all still documented, and many ppl were SURPRISED how apparently, this member was and still is able to breach the “Code of Conduct” almost every single day; without bearing any consequences.
We today know why that is the case...
People have suggested that he is employed by the broker “Dukascopy”, but that is something that still needs to be investigated. If that is the case; he would have his place in history as the least intelligent broker troll we ever saw; because the decision to use his puppet master’s name as his username was a huge mistake.
“dukas” produced A LOT of “hate posts”, this also in VULGAR language and in VERY BAD English; and it became clear the he DOES NOT EVEN TRADE AT ALL! When I offered him the trade contest challenge (him, red and others as a GROUP AGAINST ME ALONE), he quickly came up with all kinds of invented reasons why he would not participate. Then, I posted 3 live predications in a thread he used to stick around; out of which all worked out and his former buddy even admitted that I won; while he was not able to do even a single live call. It is all documented in the “broker henchmen” thread. He was then quiet for some time but at some point resumed all kinds of attacks against me; even though there was no real interaction anymore between him and me.
The most shocking revelation came when someone posted Twee’s comments on dukas; which sounded as if he was “known”. That is very problematic in itself. It shows that there is no neutrality; if dukas would have been at least a red status member who had at least one significant thread then fair enough; but as it was exposed; he does not have any significant work on the website; he barely ever comments on any live markets and certainly not trades; so that raised A LOT of QUESTION MARKS. This case is not concluded yet.
Last but not least; right at the beginning of the thread; I had a weird PM exchange with “dukas”; during which he made some very strange; contradicting and offensive comments against me; all this while I treated him politely.
Other members have done a lot to further expose and remove “dukas” from the website; and while he was suspended for a few days; this did not really help to prevent him from posting his daily “hate speech posts” against ANY member who disagrees with him.
One of the most funny facts is that dukas talks with a tone as if he would understand FX really well; this while he is not able to back up this wishful thinking of his in ANY way; not with a trade-based thread; not with commentary on markets; not with correct explanations etc.
If one reads the posts of “dukas”; one quickly realizes that he makes quite some claims; such as that he knows the institutional side of things; but that deception quickly tumbles under a simple real-life test. For me, it is out of the question that “dukas” represents / is forced to represent an AGENDA from some really questionable institutions, and he was ALREADY EXPOSED SO MUCH by so MANY different people; that anyone who takes him seriously cannot be helped.
My prediciton is that “dukas” will not stay on the website for long. Let us see whether that will be true.
dukas never ever reached a “red member status”; because his “contributions” never ever amounted to any value for members that would have given him a push in popularity. It is not understandable how ANYONE other than unsuspecting newbies would even subscribe to this clear TROLL who does NOT trade and needs urgent, psychological help.
Again; it is not disturbing that people like him are out there; these will ALWAYS exist. But it IS really, really bad and SUSPICOUS that the Admins do NOTHING about it and once more do NOT really apply the CoC to him. On a minimum level; the Admins could have told him to “cool down” as they often do; but if they did that; it did not have any effect.

b) redoktober ("Mr. Forum Troll", or "Mr. IGNORANCE")

I have written a lot about that infamous “member” by now; and I am neither the only one.
Here a short reminder;
right at the beginning of my thread HALF A YEAR AGO; this troll started attacking me in the very WORST ways; this without any reasons. I had never interacted with that guy, and I had never done anything to him. When he started to breach the CoC AND thread rules day by day and people complained, he got BANNED from the thread.
Being the egomanic person this guy is; he tried since then his very best to “shoot down” the thread; first by moving it from “Trading Systems” to “Trading Journals”; then by attacking me in 4PIPAHOLICs infamous thread with all kind of LIES; then by convincing the Admins recently to move the thread to “commercial”. It should also be remembered how; after his LEGAL BREACHES the Admins have answered me that I am free to take legal action against that troll and that the factory would fully comply with any court orders; and that after a respective escalation; that TROLL suddenly DISAPPEARED for ca. 5 months; just to come back and to resume his “battle” against my TRUTH MOVEMENT as described.
Even worse; unaware that he was more lucky than anything else to escape the legal consequences from his actions in the first time; he then seemed to repeat his mistakes once more.
Many people have suggested that he was actually never gone but USES MULTIPLE USERNAMES; and there is good evidence that this is the case. But above all;
once must be a special kind of fool to REPEAT the mistakes he made almost half a year ago;
during his silence; the support of the COMMUNITY for my work had SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED; with more and more people having appreciated the help they received; this for FREE.
Also; I had given him more than one chance to get out of his cornered position and to let go; however; his MASSIVE, UNJUSTIFIED EGO would not let him to do that; even worse; he made things personal and now EXPOSED himself; this for EVERYONE to see; AGAIN by dodging any trading challenge and by dodging SIMPLE QUESTIONS that I posted to him.
PLEASE post these questions AGAIN and AGAIN into his shameful thread; so that he cannot escape these; the COMMUNITY DESERVES CLEAR ANSWERS and TRANSPARENCY; in particular from someone who placed his own, delusional perception above the decisions of the COMMUNITY; we see here all the character traits of a psychopath and sociopath of quite a high order.
As dukas; this troll does NOT TRADE; he does NOT understand how FX works; he is IGNORANT and tries to avoid reading the thread so that he is not confronted with the MK; and he continues to make his situation worse.

‘redoktober’ was the one who engaged in illegal activity by posting my personal data on the forum without my consent; something he would have gotten prosecuted for. I was confused why this profile was shooting at me from the very beginning; I had nothing to do with him and I never interacted with him. Things escalated when red did his infamous “Nazi jokes” and other members pointed out RACIST posts he had made. Other members pointed out that he would be “part of the firm forexfactory”, today it seems very likley that indeed there is a connection; he could clear it up by answering the official questions I posted to him. After the factory finally cleaned up his law-breaching posts and after he realized he had himself involved in some rather severe legal trouble, he disappeared for several months just to return; in an even worse version of himself.
Above all, it is nothing less than SHOCKING HOW after almost 6 months of my work here; the PROVEN VALIDITY of the information and the ACHIEVEMENTS OF MEMEBRS TO PROFIT ON THE BACK OF THE CAUSALITY ANALYSIS; he then came back and tried to implement his original plan; also still bitter from all the people who have EXPOSED him and his questionable motives. No, he is NOT TRANSPARENT and never will be, that is also while he WILL DO HIS VERY BEST TO DODGE THE OFFICIAL QUESTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN POSTED!

redoktober’s RACIST remarks against black traders
It is nothing less than SHOCKING that this “member” made several, clearly RACIST remarks against coloured people; and that he was NOT REVOKED as a consequence. Members started to get VERY SUSPICIOUS when it became clear that while OTHERS have been revoked for FAR less; this member seems to enjoy a “special status” where he is not stopped from engaging into all kinds of ILLEGAL activities; it is neither difficult to understand how significant the implications are from the fact that NOTHING is done about such OBVIOUS misbehaviour.
I think it is a TRUE DISGRACE for an internet site to not hold such people ACCOUNTABLE and I hope that in response to this reminder; the factory will undertake some FINAL action regarding the case of the bully “redoktober”. By ANY standards; especially by AMERICAN STANDARDS; the factory NEEDS TO TAKE A CLEAR STAND HERE; members are today very AWARE what is played here and if no adequate action is taken; more and more members will move away from the website.

redoktober’s “Nazi jokes” against German traders
The list of “redoktober’s” wrong doings is long; also; he does not seem to be the brightest candle on thw cake since he EVEN RECENTLY repeated mistakes he had done before. Just last week; he made tasteless “Nazi” references again; ONCE MORE without any consequences.
If the Admins will believe that the COMMUNITY will just look over such grievances, then it is wrong.
It is a NO BRAINER that this website CLEARLY DISTANCES itself from such TROLLS and implements the CoC and International / American LAW efficiently; not 4 months later. It is OVERDUE to make a clear statement and to DEMONSTRATE transparency; people truely had ENOUGH!

I DO distinguish between the different opponents; in particular since they basically contradict each other more than contentwise.

In all fairness; I should say that compared to the other two above; bluesteele has not behaved as bad and has basically stated that he is a novice to the FX game; something I should also take into account.
Last but not least; while there was a time where bluesteele attacked me on a regular basis and without any grounds; I should also stress that he (to my knowledge) has not engaged in any ILLEGAL activities so far; while he has not really respected the Code of Conduct. Also; bluesteele’s use of vulgar language and invented accusations was significantly less as compared to the other two above; so that should be mentioned as well. Because of these points; I do not consider to engage into any legal action against him; unless he does the mistake “redotkober” did.
This is quite an unexperienced member and maybe I should not even mention him; however; let us go for completeness here. For whatever reason, this member tried to battle my work from the very beginning. Some people have suggested that it is just another username used by ‘redoktober’, however, I am not sure about that and would not think so. This member is obviously a complete novice, but tried to support the other two above; this even though he COMPLETELY CONTRADICTS THESE! ‘bluesteele’ tries to argue that “everybody knows about the market manipulation” (so actually does not argue against what I was showing) and therefore completely contradicts the other trolls such as “dukas_trader”. Even funnier; bluesteele than later tried to argue “how easy FX trading” would be; something I certainly do not agree with. FX trading is STILL an intellectually challenging activity; even with causality tools. According to “the enemy of my friend is my enemy” he just continued to make useless and incorrect statements in the infamous “scammer thread”, trying to change his position from previous posts to more recent ones. It is quite embarrasing because it is quite obvious that he is a losing trader who has NO CLUE about FX whatsoever.
It is not impossible that bluesteele comes to his senses and does a turnaround; so let him make his own experience in FX and learn FIRST-HAND that FX is NOT EASY and that his “troll buddies” would actually DISAGREE with his acceptance of the market manipulation as I have shown...

Other members:
There are two or three other members I could mention here; however; the interaction with these was rather limited so far, so I cannot waste time on these for now. As an example; we have vwap; who firstly engaged in really nasty and embarrassing posts against me; but then APOLOGIZED for doing that; stating that he admits that he is a bit “jealous” of me; however; more recently; he then switched back to the dark side and engaged in various attacks and wild speculations. It is quite laughable because just recently I realized that over weeks; this guy was sending me VERY supporting PMs, just to then switch several times back and forth between the MEMBERS and the BROKER TROLLS. A severe case of some BI-POLAR disorder; if you ask me. Well, people like this may still have the chance to accept the truth and to realize their wrongdoings, as ppl know I was rather forgiving for the few misled ones who have done mistakes; however then realized it and tried to put these right. Nobody is perfect, I guess.
However, I should also mention that the VAST majority of initial critics has changed into supporting my work; with each additional piece of evidence; with each screenshot; with each explanation; more and more people awoke from the dream they got stuck in.




d) The infamous “scammer thread” / 4xPIPAHLIC
That is a topic on its own. Firstly, allow me to describe the LEGAL RELEVANCE of this topic. Whenever a website supports LEGALLY SENSITIVE threads such as this one; where basically people can just throw around names and allegations WITHOUT ANY PERSON WITH INTEGRITY MANAGING in; this is the best way to get into more serious trouble.
The thread runner; “4xPIPAHOLIC” has clearly BREACHED HIS OWN RULES forumulated on page 1, namely that ONLY CASES WITH HARD EVIDENCE should be posted and not any “suspicions”; he clearly ABUSED THIS THREAD FOR IMPLEMENTING A PERSONAL AGENDA, something which quickly turns the whole idea into something not only destructive but legally relevant.
Such a thread CAN ONLY WORK if the OP of that thread is a person of INTEGRITY WITHOUT A PERSONAL AGENDA; and a PERSON WHO NEUTRALLY manages the thread and makes sure that the RULES ARE FOLLOWED. As we all know; NONE OF THAT is the case. Even worse; published communication with Twee (forexfactory Admin) have shown how he suggested using that thread. Forexfactory can QUICKLY BECOME (ALSO UNWILLINGLY!) the publisher of law-breaching posts and that is what happened here, too.
It is a no-brainer: Forexfactory should BIN this thread and replace it with something different; and should probably even take DIRECT OWNERSHIP for such a LEGALLY-SENSITIVE thread.
As a MINIMUM; forexfactory should CHANGE the name of this thread; at this state; it is simply unacceptable that these 3 trolls there have the ability to mention usernames there without any basis and to “play police” while the COMMUNITY has decided AGAINST the integrity of these shady people. Last but not least; it has been proven that forexfactory can easily become an (unwilling) publisher of such unjustified attacks, and at this stage; nobody can understand anymore how the thread can still exist as it currently does. During its “best times”; 3 members are watching it; and one wonders how the factory does not learn from the past and puts this UNPROFESSIONAL; DISPROVEN GOSSIP thread finally to its deserved rest. The future will tell.



8. The Trading Contest(s)

When I challenged my "enemies" to just battle it out in a simple trading contest, something that would have been very fair, they quickly ran for the door, trying to talk their way out of it.
What a shame!
But it shows what they seem to be most afraid of; not being part of the forum anymore (that was sth. we would have "traded" about.
Any serious trader would have easily accept the challenge. They were also free to propose alternative rules, but they came up with laughable arguments instead.
TALK is CHEAP. ACTION counts.
At least; members realized that these broker TROLLS do NOT even trade!
Recently; I have RENEWED my offer to TRADE IT OUT; ME ALONE against red, dukas and their buddies.
I have shown how easy it would be to agree on some reasonable rules.

However; as EVERYBODY was reminded of ONCE MORE; these ppl will AVOID such a showdown at all cost.
THEY KNOW how I on my own would eat THEM as a group for BREAKFAST and trade them into the ground. AND; above all; placing their forum membership on the line would have meant that they put their PAID TROLL INCOME ON THE LINE; so of course they are running for the door and come with all kinds of EXCUSES.

How low can you go?? To get voted against by the community; to not run any thread with VALUE; to not even TRADE FX; to not stick to any basic rules of TRANSPARENCY by dodging simple questions; but then to take the right to point the finger at members WHO HAVE DELIVERED PROVEN VALUE?
In your delusional world; WHAT EXACTLY gives you any authority to do that?
You live in KOO-KOO-LAND, and it is time for you to WAKE UP!
Pathetic on all levels!




9. What the COMMUNITY clearly DECIDED (!)

At various points in time, the community has made CLEAR decisions, which were however NOT respected by my 3 "TROLL enemies". The COMMUNITY clearly voted that the accusationd against me were wrong, that I should continue my work etc. LOOK AT THE POLLS EVEN IN YOUR OWN THREAD; WHICH YOU TRIED TO QUICKLY HIDE! So much about your transparency and FAIRNESS! Again, SHAME on YOU!
I am thankful for the good support of the COMMUNITY and it kept me motivated to continue the thread. Unfortunately, as everybody has realized, forexfactory.com is a PRIVATE FIRM and NOT a democratic installation; which is why the factory UNFORTUNATLEY decided to go against the will of the MAJORITY; this at their expense. This is the biggest issue here;
there will ALWAYS be people who have severe issues; who fight others on no grounds; who suffer from severe EGO-issues; BUT the WORST happens if the PLATFORM ALLOWS something like that to happen; this by not applying the rules FAILRY and EFFICIENTLY.
This is not sustainable; as a result; the decline in quality will go on and on until the internet traffic is at a minimum. But, above all, this actually CREATES opportunities for others; for people like me; who will be able to do a BETTER JOB and to show how it is done. More on that later.






10. The DAMAGE that was / is imposed on me & no compensation so far
Overall; rather than getting rewarded for my high-quality work here at the factory; I did not only work for FREE but was subject to various forms of DAMAGE; this again against the will of the majority and beneficiaries of my work. To date, I have NOT been compensated in ANY way for this damage.


a) False Allegations: again TROLL ‘redoktober’ and TROLL ‘dukas_trader’
It is amazing how creative my “opponents”, the BROKER TROLLS were and are when it comes to their wishful thinking of finding any potential wrongdoing of mine. They are fully aware that they accused me wrongly from the very beginning, however, they now fell into the vicious circle of “creating” their alternative, delusional reality. This is particular shocking considering that they had more than one chance to just let go; and redSCAM even officially left for a few months; realizing that he had involved himself and the website into some serious trouble. He simply did not expect someone to STAND UP to his bullying tactics and to go all the way if necessary; and when he also realized that his job is on the line; he took a step back and took cover. Funny enough; just to RETURN MONTHS later; AFTER UNDISPUTABLE EVIDENCE WAS COLLECTED AND THE COMMUNITY BECAME AWARE OF IT; what did this guy think? He does not seem to be the brightest candle on the cake; basically; he COMPLETELY DESTROYED his remaining credibility in front of everybody. Rather than avoiding such an OBVIOUS mistake; he then recently went into “full attack mode”; hurt by his failure; his massive ego that is based on absolutely NOTHING and by the DECISIONS of the COMMUNITY against him; he made the WRONG DECISION to isolate himself and to once more EXPOSE HIMSELF; falsely assuming that he can STILL BREACH THE LAW, the COC without any consequences. Little did he know that half a year ago; he was more LUCKY than anything else that the factory avoided a legal escalation by removing his previous hate posts and lies; and as it looks like at the moment; he really needs to learn his lesson.
They have accused me of being all kinds of people I am not; or of being connected to all kinds of people I am not connected to; or doing things I never ever did;
they have tried to find others with a similar username like mine; they tried to argue that I would be selling anything which I never did etc. It is still all there and quite amusing.
All they did was to embarrass themselves first and foremost; with other ppl pointing out their wrong doings to them.

Special Note:
When the trolls (especially “redoktober”) saw the thread in its infancy half a year ago; he quickly pointed the finger and stated that the thread would be about making a “quick buck”. Today; everybody KNOWs that this too was just another wrong ellgation. In fact; it is also funny that it was clearly written on page 1 of the thread, 6 months ago (!) that NEITHER me or the members should be going for a “quick buck”. But the trolls seem to invest a lot of time into gossiping and cursing; and no time on trading or even READING. They are setting themselves up for a continuation of their downward spiral; first they failed in trading; then they failed in trolling.
It is alsp ironic how even now; I will FIRST NEED TO INVEST MONEY into setting up my response to this forum; no worries; it will be a good investment for me; if you see companies doing things wrongly; this will CREATE an OPPORTUNITY for YOU to DO IT BETTER; to show how it is done and to be REWARDED for that on top. Mark my words. You will soon understand what I mean.



b) Breach of Privacy LAWS / internet libel & defamation / breach of the CoC

This is covered under the paragraph about “redoktober”. I never gave my consent to anyone publishing my private data in the forum or on the web without consent; I certainly never did and never will give my consent to the TROLLS publishing PRIVATE DATA and information in their infamous “shame” thread; run by 4xPIPAHOLIC (who therefore also becomes an ‘unwilling’ or ‘willing’ publisher) and as such; disrespecting that as well as placing my name in connection with the invented allegations represents a severe case of “internet libel” and “defamation”; and therefore exposes the authors AS WELL AS publishers of such content to severe legal LIABILITIES. That is something the respective people first had to get advice on before realizing the potential consequences a respective lawsuit would have implied for them.
It is quite shocking that it took forexfactory more than 5 MONTHS (!!!) to efficiently remove the internet libel! One would assume that after all these years, forexfactory would have experience in reacting to members BREACHING the LAW and to minimize respective damages; but despite the chasing the Admins were VERY SLOW in doing that. Some people suggested that this was on purpose, well I think it was rather incompetence (understanding how to remove content also from offline pages etc.).
It should be noted that the members who engaged in these ILLEGAL activities (redoktober) did not bear any consequences; their memberships were not revoked and they were not even suspended for a few days; this in itself is quite REVEALING. I will elaborate on that later on. It is OBVIOUS which game is played here.
If I make the decision to disclose my private name and picture; then that decision would be for ME to make and NOT for the trolls; and; I will certainly NEVER give my consent to people posting private info about me in their “thread” called “hall of shame” which is run by 3 trolls AGAINST the WILL OF THE GROUP.

c) Consequences from the attacks and the factory’s SLOW correction
As stated, I suffered DAMAGES from forexfactory’s incompetence to remove the internet defamation quickly and efficiently. People google me often (I am also involved in many projects outside of finance), and it is not acceptable that my private data appeared in the infamous “scammer thread” because of the trolls. I got NEVER compensated in any way by the factory; maybe I will insist on such compensation if the Admins once more fail to do something QUICKLY about “redoktober’s” latest attacks.


d) NO CONTENTWISE ARGUMENTS whatsoever (!)
It is in particular embarrassing how NONE of the these trolls was able to argue ANYTHING CONTENTWISE; they ALWASY reverted to general misinformation; because; after all; what can they say when I post a screenshot where IR MTS and matching DM flow can be seen; and in the next; how the run was done??
That is really bad; they KNOW THAT THE MK IS THE TRUTH and supply and demand is BS; however; they are CORRUPTED and sold their poor souls for peanuts in a last attempt from the SM to HIDE THE TRUTH. If they are so confident that the MK is not true; why then not take on the TRADING CONTEST? Would it not be “easy” for these cowards in a GROUP against me ALONE to trade better? No; of couse they do NOT PUT THEIR MONEY WHERE THERE MOUTHS ARE; because they KNOW that they try to HIDE the truth. But people have by now UNDERSTOOD that; even the critics.
Again; talk is cheap. In life; it is not about “talking”; but about “doing”.

e) NO COMPENSATION for damages received
Firstly; already half a year ago; the factory was VERY SLOW with regard to removing the LAW-breachign and CoC-breaching hate posts of “redoktober”. Still; they stayed in contact with me and apologized for that taking so long. However; the ONLY ONE paying for such shortcoming was ME; I did never get compensated in any ways for that; not only that; but recently; during “redSCAMS” fantasy-REVENGE-raid; the factory even gave in to that TROLL’s wish to move me to “commercial status”. While that on its own is clearly wrong; I can only suggest you to NOT WAIT AGAIN WEEKS until you remove that troll’s latest attack; I will THIS TIME not bring the same patience. You guys need to have your PROCESSES UNDER CONTROL; you make the impression that you; despite earning a multi-million revenue per year from broker marketing; have the forum significantly UNDERSTAFFED; with “Twee” running behind all taks outstanding; trying to water down the biggest fire. Do not get me wrong; Twee is a nice guy and tries his best; but it IS not and WILL NOT be acceptable for me to wait again WEEKS until you remove the dirt posts from the known TROLLS.


AGAIN;
the worst thing is not that such delusional people do what they do; it is that the platform here ALLOWS THEM to do it. THAT; is the actual issue; and I will create something that will NOT follow wrong priorities (see below).




11. The written LAWSUIT against "redoktober"

Please try to understand my point of view.
I could have just kept all that knowledge for myself and keep on doing what I am doing. I had NO UPSIDE in doing this non-commercial thread. However, it was MY decision to HELP some ppl. Fair enough.
Now, to get attacked by others, well, I can live with that.
But then, when redoktober did not only curse on me without any basis whatsoever, but also made RACIST remarks and then BREACHED PRIVACY LAWS by publishing my private data in their infamous "scammer" thread, so that as a result of that googling my name showed that thread and his CURSES on me as a result, I had to take action.
YES, I am a REAL person, with a REAL business network, REAL stakeholders and REAL entities. Something like that, without question, imposed SERIOUS damage on me, because in my line of work, reputation is important.

Apart from the fact that, as ppl know today, redoktober was the ACTUAL scammer and troll with the worst intentions ever; he actually admitted himself that there was no reason / proof for accusing me as he did, but that the increasing popularity of my thread is a red flag.
Was he serious? On the basis of that you try to tarnish my reputation?

Of course, I had no other choice than taking this to court. See, from a legal standpoint, there is absolutely NO difference between you writing a newspaper article and calling someone a "scammer" without any basis, or to do so on TV, or to do so via mail, or to do so on facebook. It is DEFAMATION, and ppl like me who are STRAIGHT and were risen well will NOT let sth. like that go without consequences. So the only way was to take action and to let the troll feel what happens if you
- breach privacy laws
- conduct internet defamation
- impose reputational damage on someone
this for no other reason than that person GIVING knowledge for FREE.
again, shame on you!

And do not complain if you end up being prosecuted and forced to pay my legal fees, your legal fees and a damage payment. YOU were the AGGRESSOR, not me! Also; you had more than once chance to let go!
And if you assumed you could not be identified behind your username or big keyboard, WELCOME to the real world! Of course you can be EASILY identified!

LAST TIME, the court case was stopped LAST SECOND, when forexfactory intervened and tried its best to remove these breaches in privacy. STILL, some traces are left, but FF is working on removing these again.
redoktober then quickly disappeared in Nirvana, but now returned from it; just to REPEAT what he did before! Is this guy serious? I guess he really wants to know. Well; you will reap what you sow!

Again, it is one thing to curse another. But, it is another to call someone a "scammer" without even being able to explain on WHAT BASIS, and then to even breach privacy laws, this in the worst way.
By the way, the big mouth "xPIPAHOLIC" would have been also subject to the same lawsuit, since it was and is HIM who is running that respective thread and he did not only react to members breaching his OWN RULES ("you must show proof") but the neither did anything to remove the false allegations and breaches of law.

As the trolls have learned, they need to at least respect the LAW, since otherwise things quickly get costly for them and their career could be ended by a case like that. Regarding my privacy; in this world, whenever you do something significant, there will be traces, also in the internet. Do you think I was not aware of that? Of course I was aware. And, guess what, do you think I am not able to see the PERSONAL profiles of some of the trolls? I DO! But, unlike them, I will NOT breach the law and publish their personal information here. See what happened to the members who did.

As stated, if you cross the line again and engage in ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, I WILL make your case an example for all to see.





12. Personal Agenda of "4xpipaholic" & legal implications

That topic has been treated above.
Without question; this member has NO integrity and the LAST thing he should do is to run that infamous “scammer thread” where he breaks his own rules and engages into internet libel together with the broker trolls and actual scammers.


TO FOREXFACTORY:

WITHOUT question, YOU NEED to do sth. ASAP about the "scammers thread" run by"4xPIPAHOLIC".
It has now been DOCUMENTED and proven how he ABUSED that thread for implementing a personal agenda, rather than staying NEUTRAL and FAIR; after all, he did NOT EVEN make sure that HIS OWN RULES as defined on page 1 were followed; namely, that one should NOT just accuse ppl. without any proof or evidence.
Again; either bin the thread; OR at least rename it; and make sure that clean-up reports are actually READ and IMPLEMENTED; AND; not WEEKS later!
SHOW US; the COMMUNITY; that you are SERIOUS about the CoC and American and International LAWS!
Your website is not a law-free place; and it is OVERDUE that you get things back under control!

C] THE FUTURE

13. My person, my privacy and my life

As ppl have realized, I could have started with my PERSONAL background with regard to the thread and this text, but it was my explicit decision to NOT do that. Let me explain to you again WHY.

The idea from the very beginning was to let the CONTENT speak for itself; there was no reason to emphasize the “stripes” on my uniform; there still is no reason for that. YES; I had exposure in markets, this in a very professional context.
Also; I have achieved several things in life an respective traces can be found on the web. That is fine.
However; again; decisions I make with regard to my privacy and person are MINE; they are not to be made by others; certainly not by some laughable broker trolls.

Last but not least, YES, I was blessed with a very good life and a lot of things I NEED to be thankful for, and vwap, I appreciate your honesty in admitting that you got a bit jealous watching videos about other parts of my life.

However, please REALIZE:
- I do NOT represent the SM Algos taking your money, but I am the ONE GUY who EXPOSED their game FOR YOU.
- No matter what you think about me, I showed some BALLS of STEEL. I did not let go. I defeated a lot of trolls and helped weaker members.
- I did A LOT of work for YOU, this for FREE. In response, you do not only avoid to say "thanks" or to show some support, but you send me bad energy? Where is the fairness and balance?

When you see me on the internet flying an airplane through the Alps, playing Jazz music, doing sports etc. do NOT forget; in order to be able to do each of these things at the respective level, it took me MANY YEARS of HARD WORK to get there. The same goes for TRADING, as I have emphasized SEVERAL TIMES by now.
Do NOT be jealous. What YOU can learn from my person is that NO MATTER WHAT THE ODDS are, EVERYTHING is POSSIBLE, IF you are willing to put some SERIOUS effort, time and PASSION into it!!!!
THAT is one of the things you should take away from the encounter with me!!!
Also, that even a completely UNFAIR game can be cracked with an adequate amount of brain power, determination and persistence.




14. Playing FAIR: Respecting rules, policies and the LAW, doing the RIGHT THING
I would like to emphasize that I myself have sticked to a fair conduct; even when it comes to responding to the known opponents and broker trolls. Of course, I could also engage in UNFAIR attacks as they did; but I prefer to be a lion instead of a rat. Real men take on their opponents head on; and do not attack from behind. Also; I would never consider to BREACH American and International LAW as they did; there is no reason for doing that at all. People who do that; this on a PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE INTERNET FORUM have NO CLUE what they are doing and WHAT KIND OF SUSBTANTIAL LIABILITIES they expose themselves to.
However; one should neither dodge confrontations; REAL MEN stand their ground and implement JUSTICE; they do not dodge conflict in return for comfort. The broker trolls have already realized that they destroyed themselves by attacking someone who CREATED FREE VALUE for the community; and rather than letting go; they digged themselves deeper and deeper into the hole; for all to witness.
Yes; doing the RIGHT THING is not always easy; but it is the choice you will not regret. CIVIL COURAGE MATTERS;

if you WITNESS WRONG DOING; whether that is SM Algos manipulating the FX markets against the DM in an unfair session; OR broker trolls bullying innocent members and making RACIST JOKES;

the onus lies ON YOU to DO something about it rather than to stay in your warm home.
Whenever you TOLERATE wrong doing; you YOURSELF are at risk of SUPPORTING it; even if that happens in the form of you staying passive and NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!
Remember; horrible systems and dictatorship only evolved when enough people decided AGAINST doing what is right. Do not be one of these people!




15. Your DEEDS, reputation, humbleness, charity...being a STOIC etc.

In life, you have to be adaptive. If you witness wrong decisions by people and entities; do not moan; often this in itself creates OPPORTUNITY. Talk is cheap; better DO SOMETHING about a grievance and HELP to MOVE society FORWARD. Challenges are there for YOU to FIND SOLUTIONS; one just needs to look at how humanity has managed to evolve within the last 100 years alone. Yes, there are ups and downs; and yes; it does not always just go one way. But that is how reality from our human perspective is and always will be. However; if you have an entrepreneurial mindset, then you make things HAPPEN which others failed at or fell victim to corruption. Life will always reward those who understood what their mission is and who have persistently worked on solving problems and overcoming hurdles.
I can suggest each of you to not only grow on a spiritual level but also to understand, what your MISSION / CALLING / ROLE in THIS life of yours is. The sooner you find that out; the clearer everything will appear to you. Not only will you drop any fears, but you will also realize how doors suddenly are opened for you and things move YOUR way despite the “statistical odds” were strongly against you. IF your motivations are not “ego-driven” (including solely money-driven), and if you do NOT think selfishly; then momentum will come your way; sometimes out of nowhere. This world has more “secrets” most people want you to discover. YES; there are A LOT of reasons to be OPTIMISTIC; because in this time we live in, THINGS ARE CHANGING; more and more people WAKE UP and ADD to our collective consciousness. Networks who have tried their best to keep humanity in chains; this cognitively, emotionally and spiritually; are realizing how old structures break up and society as a whole progress; this albeit sometimes it feels as if the opposite would happen.
Do not waste the short time you have here on earth during your current form of existence. Do not accept the “box” that “they” are trying to put you in. Beat the system with its own weapons. First; escape the hamster wheel most people get trapped in. Then; once that was done; escape the money wheel most rich people get lost in. Each of us has responsibility to ultimately contribute to our species; in whatever way your current role allows you to do so. Once you realize these important principles; you will also realize that YOU can achieve absolutely EVERYTHING; the only real limitation is your own MIND. And again; even if the “statistical odds” are against you; if you are on the RIGHT journey; MENTALISM will work for you and it will feel as if the “universe” actually moves developments YOUR way in response to you making the right choices; having courage and doing the best you can. CAUSALITY goes FAR beyond financial markets; but I better stop elaborating on that here.
During your life; you will encounter AMAZING people; as well as HORRIBLE people who move on a very low consciousness level. You need to be able to manage these different groups; what applies to one does not apply to the other. If you get mistreated and you fall victim to injustice; then do NOT turn the “other cheek” but take adequate action. Do not run away from confrontation. But also; always treat GOOD PEOPLE WELL and assist others in their own journey to achieve THEIR next level. That is how the COLLECTIVE can progress; you as an individual are connected to EVERYBODY ELSE; the good, the bad, the ugly. NEVER do bad things to good people; nut you are neither forced to do good things to bad people. Differentiate. In either scenario; KARMA will sort EVERYBODY out; in this and the next life; they will not be able to escape it. And yes; YOU ARE ALLOWED to improve your own life as well as that of your “tribe”; whether that includes your partner, your family; your friends etc. And YES; you ARE WELCOME to be REWARDED for your genuine efforts; in fact; the “universe” WILL reward your efforts to help steering the COLLECTIVE in the right direction; with MORE than you can ever imagine. Life will reward you with material and non-material things IF you managed to do what I described above; which includes finding your calling; investing time, resources, efforts into a positive project respectively and to fulfill your “role” as well as you can. People who have sticked to such essential principles; this despite the social mechanism and evil forces in society that exist without question; people who have DONE THEIR OWN, INDEPENDENT RESEACH rather than accepting a narrative they were told by others; people who have proven their courage DESPITE the attacks they are exposing themselves to will ALWAYS be rewarded; this NOT to increase their ego; but in order to reward them for their RIGHT CHOICES.
If this sounds too esoteric to some; well, let me give you ONE example out of many; 95% of people in Elon Musk’s situation after paypal would have either decided to;
- go for COMFORT and to “retire”; spending the rest of their lives in holiday resorts, fashion galas and prestigious night clubs, OR,
- make even more money for themselves (without any deeper purpose), OR,
- just work without true dedication on the “maintenance” of the status quo.
And what did Elon do??

NOT ONLY did he basically put his ENTIRE capital at risk, this several times; but he accepted massive exposure and stress; this to help the global society to reach the next level. People like that truly deserve respect; who choose higher goals over their ego and personal life; it is that kind of mindset that suddenly makes the “impossible” possible.
At the end of the day; YOU yourself are your only real limitation. Where there is a will, there will be a way. It pays out to think BIG and to deliver the BEST you can deliver; whether that refers to the product offered by an entrepreneur, to the book written by an author, or to the cockie prepared by a baker.




16. (First) Mission accomplished
Looking back; I can say that I successfully completed the first mission of this journey.
I succeeded in opening the eyes of many traders; I helped them to be aware of the SM manipulation games and their nature; I assisted traders to become better. I documented the market micro and macro structure. I documented my trades. I increased the understanding and knowledge of traders on the buy side. I exposed some more detailed MK dynamics.
I provided people with unique knowledge that cannot be found anywhere else.
I fought for members against various; evil forces; this relentlessly and without backing down.
I answered many questions; posted many explanations.......see the first part for a more complete description...
Overall; I do not regret the decision to do that thread on here.
It was the natural progression of my pre-work and a good basis for what is about to come (without me knowing what was about to come when I started).





17. There is NO SUBSTITUTE for HARD WORK...neither for Integrity...

I would like to emphasize that the MK does NOT imply that FX trading will become an “easy” activity. As stated before; FX trading will ALWAYS require you to give your best and to play your “A game”; after all, you are in direct competition to the world’s most developed people and entities.
However; my work turns the odds again in your favour; while the SM Algos made FX a completely hidden and unfair battlefield; my work counters that with exposing their “tricks” and principles.
In other words; what I am doing is to give you a better CHANCE to make FX trading work for you; something which appears to be almost impossible without understanding modern market realities. There is a REASON (well, more than one!) WHY 90 to 95% percet of price takers LOSE to the SM; and that includes HIGHLY INTELLIGENT traders on the DM side.
Still; in order to really benefit from the MK; you NEED to invest the hours to STUDY it. You NEED to do the homeworks and to PREPARE yourself for the FX battle. There is NO “get rich quick” scheme. Many salesmen; brokers and forums try to make you believe that FX would be a great way to earn a side income or to invest your life savings etc. NO; that is NOT the case! The ONLY way for you to potentially win in FX is to PUT IN THE MANY HOURS that are required; there is NO shortcut and never will be.
However; my thread here is an AMAZING pillar in that quest. YES; there are also EASY trade setups; for example; if the DM insists on one direction and just keeps buying and buying GBPUSD; YES, then the SM will push it all the way down and will clean the lows..................pacman is always behind you.......
The good thing is:
ignorance will be punished nicely.
People who beleive in the laughable “supply and demand” fairy tale will fail before they revisit their assumptions. They few who believe that all I showed here is “imagination”; this despite the VAST amount of evidence presented (see above) are doomed to learn the hard way that they were WRONG.
And, last but not least; follow values, ethics and principles. There is a deeper meaning in trading; it is not just about money. It is neither about egoistic objectives. But I will not elaborate further in this post because it is already becoming longer than planned.



18. Entities and people who have approach me...

Obviously, doing what I did over almost half a year did not go unnoticed. This website is a publicly accessible forum and one of the last FX forums still with at least some degree of popularity around the world. My work here caught the eye of different people and entities; after all, EXPOSING the MARKET MANIPULATION as I did with such detail, presented in such a comprehensive way, posting live videos, unique educational videos and live calls with an impressive hit rate was something that attracted traffic and interest. While many people had a “general suspicion” regarding market manipulation and while the existence of phenomena such as “stop runs” was rather part of “general knowledge”; nobody ever saw the market manipulation unfold in front of their eyes and certainly not in such detail and with such precision; not only that; but nobody ever understood the “principles” the SM Algos follow and how several counter-intuitive principles actually make COMPLETE SENSE once you understood what I showed.
At the risk of sounding arrogant here; I once more state that there is no book, website, forum thread or similar that has ever shown an equivalent amount of detail.
Originally; I did not consider to engage with other parties; however; on the basis of the factory’s latest decision to change me to “commercial” and to not apply the CoC to the 3 BROKER TROLLS; I am definitely reviewing my options again. I have the chance now to pool some resources; to invest and to make some more significant impact on the FX industry (see examples below) in that context; and I feel that such an undertaking would make a lot of sense; to move things forward and into the right direction. I started this eye-opening work in the first place; so why not now go all the way in response to the recent developments?







19. OFFICIAL QUESTIONS to forexfactory:

An internet forum should have processes and mechanisms in place which ensure that there is a minimum level of “fairness” in place.
Officially, the factory has its “code of conduct”, but just having that set of rules written down is almost meaningless if no processes are in place that ensure and adequate enforcement of such rules.
Even worse; things are just NOT right if these rules are applied to SOME people only; but no-value-adding members such as broker trolls are treated as if they would have a “special status”.
Official questions were already posted to broker troll “redoktober” and we will continue to post these until they get answered;
however, forexfactory itself should answer these questions below. I believe that the COMMUNITY has a right of knowing the factory’s opinion on such topics and that there should be a minimum of transparency. We KNOW that you are reading this; so please show some goodwill towards the MEMBERS.

20. My NEXT STEPS

Increasing COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS
For the ones who ever have been in contact with the AKASHIC RECORDS; you will easily understand what I am saying here. Others with a lower consciousness level may have issues to do so. Anyways, let me try to explain what I am referring to.
For me, also as a result of my personal, spiritual development over the last years; I had the realization that my MISSION is ultimately to INCREASE COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS. Other ways to describe such a complex topic with our limited, human language is to CONTRIBUTE to “make society smarter, more aware, more FAIR”. The SELFISH option for me would have been to just keep all that knowledge for MYSELF ONLY, not sharing it with others. However; the UNFAIR manipulation has increased to a point in the last years; where it takes SOMEONE ‘WITH BALLS’ to finally EXPOSE it. That someone seems to be “me” for now. And, I just got started with that journey (see below). NO ONE can stop me from doing what I am about to do, and it will be in the INTEREST of the collective. I ALREADY HAVE GIVEN a lot; albeit not everything; and I was GENEROUS on sharing all that for free. Doing that will ALWAYS be one of the components of my work; while I will at the same time also engage in bigger, more professional projects that will require more INVESTMENT and more BRAINPOWER (see below). I will always try to “offer something for everybody; depending on their abilities / level / resources”. What you ultimately choose from that plate I will hand to you; is YOUR CHOICE. Whether you support me on that JOURNEY in terms of resources, feedback, networking, opening doors etc. is YOUR CHOICE. Even if you do the wrong decision to be a TAKER ONLY and to benefit from all the free stuff only without giving anything back; well, that is YOUR CHOICE, not mine. But the same applies to you, beleive it or not:

if you CONTRIBUTE to increase the collective consciousness and you HELP in making FX markets MORE FAIR; believe me; you will get REWARDED. And the opposite. My advice; do not just be a TAKER ONLY. But again; it is YOUR CHOICE, not mine.

NO conflict of interest
forexfactory, if you would be able to understand that it is in your VERY OWN interest to align YOUR BUSINESS INTERESTS with the ones of MEMBERS; then you would DO THE RIGHT THING. We live in CHANGING times. The DM is getting SMARTER; and too many bucket brokers have been exposed with regard to their unfair practices. We live in a time of AWAKENING. MANY MEMBERS BEFORE ME have pointed out that things are not managed well anymore on this site. My prediction is; if you do not adjust and balance out interests; your current website will go through a process of a “slow death”. Already we can see an overall decrease in the quality of content as well as activity. And, by making wrong decisions; you are creating new competitors for your side; who will do things BETTER THAN YOU. One of these players is now me; I will create a TRADING-focused, proper forum WITHOUT any broker trolls; and people will move over bit by bit. I would not have considered that if I would have been at least “ok” with how you manage things; however, your OBVIOUS “protecting” / “covering” of these three infamous trolls and their CONSTANT breaches in the CoC have shown us all we need to know. Anyways; I guess that is the natural progression of business; if you do not move with the time but rather try to “protect” what is still there at the moment; you will run out of business eventually. As you are aware, an INCREASE IN REGULATION is affecting your business model, to put it mildly. You reap what you sow.

If forexfactory would be truely independent and would make decisions in favour of MEMBERS rather than BROKERS, it would have corrected its course such as with the following steps:

- an official response regarding the PRECISE questions above
- officially apologizing for the damage they have (unwillingly) imposed on me by not removing the internet libel quickly and efficiently
- implementing the “clean up” requests quickly and efficiently
- demonstrating a fair, EQUAL, NON-BIASED application of the CoC to all members
- rename or bin the "scammer thread" and most importantly; removing "4xpipaholic" as the OP.
- revoking the accounts from proven broker trolls immediately (or at least telling them off)
- issuing an official statement that forexfactory distances itself from ANY "broker trolling activities" and remains neutral contentwise
- officially stating that the interests of TRADERS are as important to them as the interests of the retail brokers.............etc.
UNFORTUNATELY, THAT WON'T HAPPEN! I guess MONEY TALKS I guess!)




A note on “crypto markets”
The “crypto hype” of the last years such as all the bitcoin speculation has TAKEN a lot of business away from FX brokers. Therefore; these now try to quickly jump on the train; the factory ALSO seems to have made it a PRIORITY to offer a “crypto section” of the forum.
As it should not be difficult to understand; markets such as bitcoin are these days driven BY PRETTY MUCH THE SAME MANIPULATION MECHANISMS as FX!
Yes, you heard that correctly. People were surprised when I predicted the downmove in bitcoin from a naked chart; well; it was not that difficult to figure out that the DM was LONG. NO; bitcoin will not go “above 50,000” before 2019; NO, McAffe will NOT “eat his own dxxx”. When you see him talking in interviews with a gun in his belt; that should tell you all you need to know.
Retail brokers these days try to offer crypto currencies in addition to FX; well; the mechanics are basically the same.









Time for me to “Go ALL IN”! Let me finish what I started! I now should go all the way!
In this post and others; I have given you a more detailed overview with regard to what happened and who did what; as well as who is trying to do what; which incentives are at play.
I have shown how; unfortunately; this website had and has issues with implementing its rules fairly; how there is no transparency regarding “broker trolls”; how apparently the Admins are highly understaffed and processes seem to be VERY, VERY SLOW; how democratic polls and majority votes are not respected, how shady members are given the ability to express unfoudned allegations against others and to implement personal agendas; how some members are quickly revoked for mistakes while others are kept despite their gross misconduct and intentional breaches in LAW; how; above all; the INTERESTS OF MEMBERS and traders are certainly NOT the priority but INSTEAD; the interests of; let us say “retail brokers” DOMINATE the whole website. The main income stream and PURPOSE of this website originates from the ability of “retail brokers” to MARKET themselves. Again; follow the money and you will understand that yourself.
From the traders’ perspective; this website used to be popular MAINLY because of its simple design; the economic calender and the forum and its layout; none of these factors represents a high “barrier to entry”, by the way. And regarding the forum; one must be blind to not notice the PRONOUNCED decline in contentwise quality. “Good threads” seem to be “suddenly” shot down....
Before I started the thread; I had read the comments on the web with regard to such events; but I did not know whether these were true. Well; now I made my own; first-hand experiences; something I generally prefer over the opinions of others.
In all fairness;
let me also emphasize the following.
Firstly; my thread was left alone over almost 6 months; that is not that bad; several members had wrongly predicted that it would be “shot down” way earlier.
Secondly; it is EASY to blame forexfactory for everything; WHO KNOWS what EXACTLY happened behind closed doors; whether the factory was pressured in any way to finally do something with regard to my thread etc. Most ppl tend to just see the most obvious possibilties and to disregard more complex realities. Therefore; while the OPEN ISSUES are OBVIOUS and really need some FIXING; let us not be too judgemental overall. And; to be honest; at this stage; it is not really that important to me what EXACTLY happened behind closed doors........... It is more important for me to finally DECIDE for MYSELF; what to do IN RESPONSE to the factory’s latest decision.




I am definitely not that type of person who just accepts WRONG DECISIONS of others; or somebody who basically falls into a COMPLAINING mode.

I rather have an entrepreneurial mindset; and the MISTAKES AND SHORTCOMINGS of OTHER ENTITIES CREATE OPPORTUNITIES for other players; in this case; me falling victim to forexfactory’s OPEN ISSUES and not being compensated in any way; MOTIVATES ME to SHOW HOW IT IS DONE and to CREATE SOMETHING THAT DOES HOW IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE;

to PUT THE TRADER FIRST;

NOT ANY BROKERS; certainly no BUCKET SHOPS!


And; this is exactly what I am gonna do; and not in a small way only.
I will take on that challenge and invest into such a project. At this point; I do not have something like that; therefore; it will require time, resources and brain power to create it. But; after the experiences I made here through this thread and my emotional attachment; I realized that it is actually important to me to go all the way.







MY NOW DECIDED Steps IN RESPONSE TO FOREXFACTORY CHANGING ME TO “COMMERCIAL STATUS” RECENTLY and to the STILL EXISTING; ILLEGAL ATTACKS AGAINST ME; so far NOT removed by the website; include but are not limited to these:

Step 1: I will create a user-friendly website with a FREE blog, where subscribers can receive the daily FX market screenshots (they used to receive in my thread before). These shots can only be seen there, nowhere else, and it is not allowed to distribute these. Feel free to subscribe once that is ready. I will let you know (links will also be on yt).

Step 2: I will create a FREE broker troll / scammer / fraudster / internet libel / market manipulation REPORTING TOOL for TRADERS. The evidence collected there can be used for action such as collective lawsuits. At the heart of that function there will be an official reporting form with required information and also; respective statistics will be collected and evaluated.

Step 3: I will consider to create a NEW, proper FREE FX FORUM that PUTS THE INTERESTS OF TRADERS FIRST, and anyone else’s second. This will be the BEST FX Trading forum the world has ever seen; I will put in place some solid pillars. This will not be some small forum; but one that goes beyond what is currently availabe. The forum will be FREE. Sorry, but I can do better than you guys; there will be logical rules and processes in place that ENSURE CONTENTWISE QUALITY; not the opposite as it has become here on the website (very sad!). The other, old forums who are today all in the hands of the bucket shops will LOSE MARKET SHARE to that forum. There will be NO ROOM for any trolls; these will be removed immediately. I will show what it means to properly implement a CoC. Mark my words.

Step 4: I will consider to write a book and to publish it internationally. That book would contain the complete content of the market causality. That way, things are also officially documented (feel free to put me into contact with a publisher in case you have respective connections). Also; rather than doing it via self-publishing, working together with a bigger publisher may imply less profit; but more power; including legal power.

Step 5: NOT PUBLIC for now. (that is gonna be a BIG one!)

Step 6: NOT PUBLIC for now.

Step 7: Once that has been created, I will not ever go back to this RETAIL BROKER MARKETING forum, it is clearly in the hands of brokers and trolls and not in the hands of MEMBERS and actual traders. It has become a mere skeleton of sth. that used to be striving; these days forum and broker trolls are protected by the Admins, they are allowed to breach all rules, and the members, the TRADERS are NOT represented in any way.
I do not want to be part of that, sorry! You had more than enough time to put things right!




Members; understand that I do NOT have these things yet; but that I now need to CREATE them first; this also by INVESTING MONEY. Be patient, please.

The over-arching principle will be to PUT THE TRADER first.
So basically, the side will be a REAL; TRADER-FOCUSED alternative to all these “retail broker marketing forums” we currently have.
This will be a serious network for serious traders. NO trolling. NO bickering. NO discrimination. NO misinformation. NO BS trading systems. NO threads on “what music you hear” while you lose your money to a bucket shop.
NO intransparent, shady policies.

I will go all the way. I will also look at creating a service; that one would be focused on corporate clients. If that is feasible; I may add a “smaller” option for the retail client.

Yes, all these things require time and financial investment from my side, but you know what, I will go for it. Enough is enough and the negative things I experienced here give me motivation to push through. So basically; the time I formerly invested into running this thread will now be invested into creating all this.
Therefore; I will not be able to continue this thread as before;
HOWEVER; as an interim solution, I will drop you shots from time to time;
IF FOREXFACTORY is okay with that. IF NOT (we know you are reading this); then feel free to LET ME KNOW; and I will not post my screenshots on your website anymore. No need to revoke me; as you are aware; you can work with me.
In any case; I strongly suggest you to react to the most recent legal breaches conducted by “redoktober” and to limit the damage; otherwise; I have no other option than putting things in my own hands. Save us both the stress.

So in a nutshell; while TRADING will ALWAYS have my priority; I will invest the time I had used for runnign this thread into creating all that.

When I said that I want to CLEAN UP AND TO IMPROVE THE FX INDUSTRY, I was not joking. Mark my words.

The objective is then to show everybody how to DO THINGS PROPERLY; to take away significant market share from existing fx forums (or what is left of it), to make FX trading FAIRER for non-SM TRADERS and to pool resources and energy to bring individuals to justice. As a result, BUCKET SHOPS will lose some of the power they currently possess.
So basically; I will simultaneously attack on all levels; on the SM manipulation response level; on the broker side; on the trader interaction side; on the legal side etc. This has the potential to change things for the BETTER. LESS unfair games; less unfair policies, less grievances.

Yes, it will take me some time to do all that; several weeks for step 1, and probably several months for the other step.
But that is ok. I build to last. Nobody believes that I am in for a quick buck; after all the years of hard work I have completed (see introduction).

You could have kept the STATUS QUO and continue to benefit from the high internet traffic my thread has brought you, but you know what,
I am glad that it came to the surface WHO has ultimately control here.
Because that basically forces me to now launch a really significant project which has the potential of balancing out the FX industry by placing the TRADER’s interest FIRST.
And who knows; without all that “drama” here and the resulting emotional attachment; such a venture would have never made it on the higher places of my priority list.


I will invest my energy into CREATING something that will change the FX industry for the better; and it will also be a striving venture on top. You know what?

HOW THE REAL SM WILL RESPOND
I am an optimist; but not naive.
YES; I consciously take on the risk and exposure the SM will consider to exploit;
YES; I WILL BE ATTACKED; YES; I am prepared for that.
Compared to what is about to come; all this here was nothing but a “pony farm”. This was neither the last time someone on the SM side (henchmen) try to launch a smear campaign etc. However; they are at the wrong address; because not only will I NEVER GIVE UP; but I will ALSO go ALL the way!
They already got a taste of it; I am not someone who gives in or gets intimidated; and I will relentlessly STRIKE BACK until the TRUTH WINS and CORRUPTED CARTELS and their HENCHMEN have to CHANGE. I have the COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS on my side; and that is VERY POWERFUL. I do not have fear. This first-hand experience here has shown me what is STILL going on in this industry; and I will contribute to change things. No game should ever be so unfair as FX is nowadays. The market realities of today ARE VERY, VERY FAR from what financial markets were SUPPOSED to be; places to “match” buyers and sellers at reasonable conditions. FX today; while rather being a “rich man’s game” is a mechanism to MAKE THE RICH RICHER AND THE POOR POORER; and this is not sustainable. The LAW MUST BE EFFICIENTLY APPLIED; WHETHER WITH REGARD TO A MARKETING FORUM LIKE THIS ONE; OR WITH REGARD TO FX MARKETS THEMSELVES. The time of deception, tricking, scamming is over. I will invest time, money and energy into ENFORCING STANDARDS that will seperate the dirt from the pearls. YES; I am that one OUTLIER who put first the interests of the participants who are NOT part of the SM cartel. I am the one who could not get fooled; but who then also decided to not just keep knowledge for himself. Mess with me and you will at least get burned nicely. AND; at this point I am no longer alone. It is time to POOL our forces and to resist the “unfair poker game” and this “bucket broker marketing industry”; the statistics CLEARLY SHOW what that let to. And NO; 90% of traders do NOT lose because they “cannot control emotions”. Do not fall for this BS.





What YOU can STILL do (and should do!)
There is already enough YOU can do. For example; you can use the “cleanup” function of the factory; you can report the trolls and their wrong doings to the Admins (Twee); you can contribute YOUR BIT to get the TRUTH out there; so that this “Dm trader rip-off engine” gets at leats some headwind. Remember that trolls are very active; so despite these are JUST A FEW; they work relentlessly.
So to counter that; our team should do the same; and should never give in. Post the questions to the trolls again and again; so they just cannot ignore these.
Post the questions to redoktober so he cannot dodge them. The COMMUNITY has the RIGHT to KNOW the answers!
Remind other members of what happened here. Carry on the torch.








Conclusion: My BEST wishes to ALL & Stay POSITIVE

Experienced entrepreneurs know that in each drawback or crisis; there is an OPPORTUNITY. This here is a classic example. I am a FULLTIME TRADER and ALWAYS will be a trader; I LOVE trading and did not have many wishes to focus on other projects. It was never my conscious plan to get so involved in efforts to improve the FX industry for the better or to engage in other projects outside of direct trading only. However; in response to the latest developments and wrong decisions by other parties as described above; this is NOT a moment to back down; but rather; a moment to follow through. And that is exactly what I will go for now. The decision of the factory to switch my status to “commercial” was a trigger for me; and the last thing I will do is to just accept this and other; unfair practices that I encountered. There is no transparency here and NO INDEPENDENT MEMBERS ARE RUNNING THE SHOW.
On the basis of FREE quality work; I rose from a normal member to a “high status” member with many subscribers; and the factory appreciated my unique thread and its clear rules. However; sorry; that is not enough. One cannot have it “both ways”; and you had more than enough time to correct your course. Well; no worries; what I do now is to exploit these shortcomings of your company. It is time that the TRADER is put first; NOT RETAIL BROKER MARKETING; it is time that LAW is implemented; that RULES are applied to ALL and not just a few. It is time for CONTENT WISE QUALITY and threads that actually create VALUE; rather than useless DM pools where the blind follows the blind. I have UNDERSTOOD what needs to be done; and for that INSIGHT; I explicitly THANK YOU!

I made my experiences and I have seen / experienced first-hand what is going in. My thread was a SERIOUS ATTEMPT to place the TRADERS on the BUY SIDE back into control, and it did not take long until the big, ‘evil whales’ (or better; their CORRUPT, intransparent HENCHMEN) took it out of the popular space. However, while they may have won that particular battle in the end; simply because they are at the steering wheel, WE will WIN the next battle as well as well as the WAR. Things will CHANGE, and will do so for the BETTER. In life, even if the odds seem to be against you, never hesitate to do the RIGHT THING.

This thread, content and case was VERY unique; one cannot think of similar cases on this website. But most importantly; the CONSEQUENCES of this case will be even more UNIQUE, you will see.
Stay positive guys and girls; our journey has just BEGUN and the MAIN things are still to come; the FX industry WILL CHANGE in the end; mark my words.

GrosDesco, if FF does not post charts i have been using "traditional" areas of stop loss areas to help me stay on SM side. it is not easy because as we already know, if the DM storms the market the SM works against them in REAL TIME, which could lead to STS/MTS/LTS being put on hold with some TIME & RANGE.

I hope the new forum FF is planning will have a component of seeing charts daily and often if possible. and if there is a fee attached for FF's hard work.
