look like hns formation there. i will keep my short. hopefully really break this time....hahaha

Having the intraday technical readings, the USD/JPY pair favors a downward extension. On the four hour time frame the price is developing well below its 100-day and 200-day SMAs, with both crossing each other. RSI and stochastic are heading very strong towards south. We may expect further declines , espacially if breaking below the 111.62 level.

USD/JPY close right below the weekly support at 111.90. Exoecting next week new lows with first bearish target aorund 111.30 area.

I want sell the USDJPY, but not is the moment yet. Now is touching 1 point of support. Maybe in the next month we have 1 better point for to sell.

I believe the break will happen, but later for upcoming week or the week after, USD still has enough to say and should continue to strenghten. Last week half-breakout was caused by traders who were closing their longs on USD on friday afternoon so they can spend the weekend with clear heads, mixed results for US economy did its thing too, the falling stock market helped the JPY to rise as well. The stock market later recovered the daily loses and the JPY started to fall again (USDJPY rised). Now you can see on the stock market there are large shadows for daily candles, which happen to emerge before short-time stock recovery for about 1-5 days. I ve been watching JPY and mostly it was reacting on the stock market although with a minor delay. I expect the stock market to rise for couple of days and then it may weaken again.

Back to dollar as we are speaking about USD/JPY - If you check DXY its almost copying last month behaviour on a single pip although reversed. HNS a month ago, and now there is another HNS (reversed) on daily chart and it reacts ridiculously same to the previous month. I have marked the zone we are in right now on the print-screen in comparison to the previous month. The upside move should end after reaching 61 fibo Weekly chart or a bit earlier and then it could reverse helping the USDJPY for shorts. The HNS on DXY was also not yet fully broken, and should be broke later this upcoming week. Also, i dont believe there is HNS pattern on USDJPY graph as the shoulders are very small and in very different price zones.

Another lead could be seen on the JPY crosses, all of them are on interesting zone for shorting JPY. Gold gives a good lead too, interesting zone for shorting gold, last day Pin bar. All these things leads me to conclusion that safe havens will retreat for couple of days.

This is just my point of view, please dont put your money at risk just because you read some opinion, always make your research and the best way to learn something is to take a break from reading posts and just observe market behavior, make notes and note the observations.

You know the reason for the drop of the stock market? Or just because was overbought?

I think it was just overbought, nothing really happend in the world that could make the stock to completelly fall, that is the reason why i think it will recover eventually, not causing stock market crisis, at least not now. Also if you check the daily candles before the stock fallen, there were 5 red candles which made a lot of people beware.

While I'm unsure, bomb threats could be considered political turmoil. Considering the US Markets steep rise, and jitters over general fiscal conservativeness, money is fleeing on the back of good returns.

Nothing to really worry about, be concerned if it doesn't retrace every now and then.

Awesome, do you think 100 is a possible mark? Seems crazy but a lot of signals are telling me that price.



Sell between that channel thats currently above price. Sweet spot.
