FX markets were predominantly uneventful due to a lack of tier-1 data and catalysts, which kept the USD index stuck in close proximity to the 96.00 level, with further criticism from President Trump regarding Fed Chair Powell and rate hikes failing to spur a reaction in the greenback. EUR/USD was contained at the prior day’s tight range.

Option expiries of note for today's 14:00 BST:
EUR/USD: 1.1450 (1.5 BLN) and 1.1485-1.1500 (1.4 BLN).

My short trade opened @ 1.1533 (near the 10-day moving average) with a target @ 1.1300 (2018 low) and a Stop just above 1.1555 seems to be on the right track, lets see what the ECB brings to the table hopefully a push down to 1.1300 .

So up moves will be capped by the options right?

euro manage to close 1h candle below the 1.1428 its confirmation for me. so I went short now at 1.1420. very hard to decide the stop loss but the target is between 1.1250 to 1.1330

once we reach 1.1360 we put stoploss at entry level
