It just printed a pretty brutal shooting star on the M15 so that isn't a great sign for dollar bulls, but anything can happen.

Opened a short, Europe has nothing going for them right now, except the US trade tensions and "bullying", plus Russia only accepting Euros now. The US market is booming, consumer confidence is high. I feel now we have a trade battle going on with EURUSD, let the storm begin!

The bottom of that 5 min candle is exactly 1.18500 on Euro Futures which goes tic by tic with EurUSD. (Different price but same candles size)

Bears must break 1.1774 first, then 1.1760 & then 1.1744 areas before anything serious. My short is already+13pips so SL to BE+1

The Draghi man has contained the price most of the day, we need a break but it could just go on sideways until we get the Fed news

The red rectangle in M15 is a supply area.
The retracement towards the red rectangle is caleld FTR (Fail To Return) when we make a new low

The Sept hike is a done deal and already priced in. The interest is around a hike/no hike in Dec. Alot will depend on the rhetoric and how Powell is going to lean. The economic data has been good and would support a move towards increasing interest rates but Trump wants a weaker dollar, so there´s a bit of political pressure there. This is Powell´s prediciment. Does he go this way or that way. And, I think this is what the market is waiting on...

Went short on the second pullback to 1.1787.
The rise in price was on low vol so I went short at 1.1784. 5min
Stop now at 1.1777

From here, price touching 1.1779 once again can cause spikes.. so watching carefully.. we better focus.. very cruical minutes are knocking doors..
